Has anyone tried the new Mindy mylrea videos?

Are you asking about the ones she calls Workout! and Best of Bosu? If so, I've done them both, and they're great. Lots of intensity with low impact, and Imax comparable heart pumping. Well worth the investment, IMO.

I have both of them and I love Mindy (not quite as much as Cathe but close :) ). She is a little fireball of energy and is in awesome shape. I have a Bosu (obviously) and am always looking for new workouts to try. She is by far my favourite Bosu instructor. I did the total body one today for the first time and it was hard but in a great way if ya know what I mean. I sweated good. I haven't done all of Workout yet. Just the first cardio part and it was great too. Worth buying for sure and don't regret it at all.

I've done each, just once - loved them both for different reasons! Both were good calorie burners (slightly less than Insanity and IMAX 2, but I recovered faster from both of Mindy's).

The Best of Bosu is what it sounds like - a great survey of favorite moves by a variety of instructors, adapted by Mindy. That makes it 'feel' interval style, and there's such a variety of techniques that the entire thing is very entertaining.

Workout! feels like "just us two people" having fun working out together. It is also interval style, structured with a few introductory moves and then a blast afterwards, in series throughout the program. I did this one on a day when I was feeling rather blah and it was exactly what I needed - Mindy's funny in a best-female-friend kind of way, and she works out in a style I can only think of as joyfully and intensely lighthearted. While you don't have to have a bosu or step to do it, you can use both if you choose.

I'm planning to save Workout! for days when I need a change to lift my spirits and use Best of Bosu for any interval day when I want to do bosu work.

I have tried each video once as well. I loved the Bosu video - definitely gave me the kind of aerobics on the bosu that I liked - no choreography - but it got my heart rate up very well and challenged me balance-wise.

Workout did not seem as intense to me (but that could have been the day) except for the move where you lie on your step bench and then jump up on top of it like you are jumping on top of a surf board. I managed to do that one about 3 times before missing the step and almost wiping out! I then went to the less advanced move for the rest of the interval. Mindy is very funny in this one. It is an enjoyable workout, but I think I will use the Bosu one more often.
