Today I woke up sore from yesterday's workout, especially in the Chest area. I went for a 1 hour 22 minute walk outside in the hills and traveled 4.3 miles and burned 795 calories. I had to fight for this walk the entire time, I am very tired today from not sleeping well, these hot flashes are killing me again. I slept with just a sheet on, the door wide open with the fan outside blowing in the cooler air and I still was so hot. It was 50 degrees last night and it felt like 75 degrees. When will this be over!!!!!!!!
Debbie, great job on the workout today! Yes, the weather is absolutely perfect right now but we are in a drought and this is not good not getting any rain. I was on Youtube this morning looking at some step workouts that I could try. I like step that is more like Athletic Step from Cathe but easier No spinning or turning, I get too dizzy. Remember Cathe's Low Max, that type of workout but that one has way too many lunges to do now days.
Cam, nice job getting in a workout after a long day of work.
