Today I did Coffey Fit Raw Heavy Bag and Legs, 49 minutes, heart rate 113/166, 184 calories, 2,276 steps. I then did Raw Cardio Finisher subbing squat touch down jump for the snatches, 13 minutes, heart rate 132/163, 74 calories, 1,330 steps. I finished with Cathe Step Boss floor stretch, 10 minutes, 9 calories. Total time was 72 minutes, 258 calories, 3,606 steps. Kelly does have a few new heavy bag workouts up now. She gave the option of following her on the one I did today with egg weights while Jane did the heavy bag. I really liked the Heavy bag leg workout I was afraid to push with the upper body one. I did not notice the heavy bag cardio one till I was done so will give it a try when I think I am safe to do so. My Fitbit keeps doing crazy stuff. I got up this morning and it would not sync with the app. The app kept wanting to take me to an internet page on what to do if it does not sync. I turned the cell off twice and finally shut down the watch and then it decided to sync. After my workout it did the same thing and I had to shut the Fitbit down again.

Belinda, we did not have as many this year for Thanksgiving. My youngest daughter and her two children did not come and on the actual Thanksgiving day when I went to my daughters, it was just their family of 5,granddaughter's husband, and my other granddaughters boyfriend. I guess that is still a group as it was 8 of us. The rest of my family went to my son's house and my husband missed all of it because of work. Nice start on STS this week.
Jolie, nice work yesterday. I did all of that work and the walkway was all cleared. Yesterday my husband went out with Gertie and came in saying "I thought you cleaned up the leaves". The rain hit and it got windy and you can hardly tell I did anything
I won't get back to it soon. Too much to do.
Doreen, it looks like you have some different workouts to try out. 20 dollars for a year is good if they have enough workouts that you would like. I have some hand wrap gloves that I have worn inside my boxing gloves, but I don't wear them much. Right now I am not hitting the bag with all of my power like I used to because of the arthritis. I used to tear my hands up with everything on. I never used the strips of hand wrap stuff. Today I just used my combat gloves so I did not have to remove the gloves to pick up weights. II have a pair of boxing gloves that has an open hole for the thumb which is hand when pushing a remote button. My other pair is the everlast in blue.
Debbie, I did not stress over the holiday food through both Thanksgiving dinners that we had. I am still under weight, but I sure did have a stomach ache eating some of that stuff.
I always loved Step Blast and thought I should pull it out. It was the turns and twists that I had to be careful of. She does have that last section with the blasts in it that are a lot of impact. It can be modified.
Yes, my Dad fell down the stairs at 82. He hit his head pretty hard and had a brain bleed and it put him in a coma for 3 months. We had to decide whether to let them do surgery to relieve the pressure, but he remained in the coma and we lost him. We did decide on the surgery even though I am sure he would have said no. But, who could not do it and wonder if it would have come out good. I miss him. The sad thing was, he called me the evening before and I had left my phone upstairs. When I saw and tried to call I could not get an answer. He lived in NE and my brothers were a couple of hours away. His son in law went and stayed with him, but when he wanted to take my Dad to the hospital my Dad said he would be okay. He should have been taken. We had tried to get him and his wife to come and live with us. We had a huge house and could have set them up with their own suite with a bath remodel. They would have had door to outside from their own space. She would have went for it, but my Dad did not want to. You need to make her understand you really would like to have her there. My Dad was very independent and still tried to do things he probably should not have. He had a shower he put in the basement and he climbed down to the basement to shower. I don't know why since they had baths on the other two floors. I think he fell on the carpeted stairs though. Also, one of the complications was that his blood was too thin and they had to try to take care of that before the surgery. My brother said he thought my Dad forgot a lot of the time whether he had taken is warfarin or maybe it was cumadin and took more. Then some of the other supplements he took would have been blood thinners. Something to think seriously about. That is good that you go clean the basement and took care of the litter boxes. That is where my Dad kept his cats litter boxes too. It was a really old frame house.
It sounds like you are dealing with the same craziness with your Fitbit that I am. I have had it show super low heart rates so many times when I am working hard, breathing hard, and sweating.
Jolie, you would probably like Kelly's heavy bag workouts. I really want to try the heavy bag and upper body and the heavy bag and cardio that Debbie did. I just have to be careful of the upper back, neck and shoulders. I love doing those workouts and they are non impact. It sounds like your parents have a good set up where they live. We looked at some houses yesterday. One is already pending today. Figures as it was the best price and really nice. Ours won't be up till later this week. I am not looking forward to showing, keeping ready, and school. Nice work yesterday.
Roselyn, Happy Birthday ((hugs)) Those special days are tough.
