Today I kind of wanted to do weights, but decided I should wait another day and see how I feel. Moving boxes and things is probably plenty. I had to move heavy shelving yesterday to unplug the plug bar behind them. Anyway, I did Cathe Step Boss I Max 4 as I wanted to see how much different read out is from using the Versa 2 to using my Blaze today. This was 48 minutes, heart rate 141/178 ,289 calories, 3,723 steps(I checked an old entry and average was 122 for heart rate and steps was over 4,000, calories, 73 less) It seems I have not done I Max 4 much. I always got discouraged when I did it. Plus, most of the last 6 months has been Coffey Fit Raw and Cathe Live along with the Perfect 30 dvds. Those are packed right now. I could pull out the external drive with the downloads or laptop, but I will wait.
I also did CDorner's latest mobility workout, Mobility Core Work and Stretch, 30 minutes, 31 calories. 93 steps. This one had planks, boat pose with arm mobility added, some things a bit hard on my neck as I cannot hold those poses without my head supported for very long so I had to hold 1 hand behind my head. She does end this with wrist and hand mobility and a neck stretch
Debbie, I ended up putting the mixer on it's side in a box as it could not stand up and packed light things around it like a package of napkins. I used lots of tape on this as well. Plus I add fragile stickers for my electronics. You would think most cabinets are empty I would be done, but not the case. Wondering why we have 5 televisions. I am being careful. I did not use the weight Kelly used for some of that work and definitely did not use 2# for boxing. Hard as I try to not feel it in my shoulders and lats, I end up being sore. Kelly put up a live on her facebook home page with her son, but it is more boxing. I am glad that I found CDorner and she does mostly step and some floor cardio without boxing. Doing that does not seem to bother my neck and shoulders. I need to do that mobility short one that does neck and shoulders again. From my understanding CDorner ( I think it is Chris) has done a lot of fitness jobs. It seems she is finding this fun to do though. I am glad she is not charging myself. I think I did one of the longer workouts and it stopped for a bit for ads. I think if they pay money for their channels they can skip adds, but I am not sure about that. I just remember reading somewhere that if the videos are longer than a certain point the adds come back on. Fortunately you can start back where you left off.
The being out of our house is the problem. The one we are moving to is vacant. They or repairing something that is the builders fault and had to tear out some wall for the air and replace the air unit. We have been trying to get someone to work out something so we can move in a day before closing or the buyers let us stay till the movers get everything out on closing day. We close for them first and two hours later on our new home. It has to be that way. I am trying not to feel anxiety about this, but it is a week we have left.
Nice work today. I do like that her moves are different at times and not difficult. It makes it fun.
I bet the parents of students that are in sports probably pay attention to the station. Some people really love anything to do with sports activities.
Jolie, I hope you get some rest and feel better. Maybe you and your husband have come down with something. Weird though, as I have had some off again on again feeling lousy and yesterday I had chills and goose bumps. I put on my hoodie and sat in the recliner with a blanket and took a nap. It was 80 outside yesterday. I had no fever. Just weird. I have had a lot of fatigue lately, sleeping okay at over 6 hours a day. But I sit down and nod off at the computer and some days have just went upstairs grabbed a pillow and napped on the hard floor for a few minutes to get going again. I really think for me is is stress and probably part of it is to do with the arthritis and stuff. I have not had a fever or anything like that. Yes, it is best to take a break from working out. I used to be the same. Once I got pneumonia and had felt a little ill that morning and did a hard interval workout. Late in the day I was terribly sick. But, generally when I have congestion without fever working out seems to help some. But, it can push whatever is going on over the edge quickly. I have a little Chevy Spark and my dog goes with me. Not sure how much I am going to stuff in the car, but I am going to try. I checked travel time without the highway and it will take me 35 minutes to drive to the new house.
