Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for February 2022!!

Today I walked on my TM for 30 minutes and walked 1.5 miles. Next, I did a DB upper body workout using 8 and 10# DB's doing as much as I could lying on a mat on the floor. Lying on the floor is the best for my back right now, it is amazing how many exercises you can do in that position. Standing I did lateral raises using 5# DB's and I also did all different kinds of Bicep curls. The only back exercise I did was pull overs on the floor and it was fine. I am going to a new Chiro/Physical Therapist to get some stretches and exercises I can do for the issue I have. Both Diane and Debbie have had good luck seeing a PT, so I thought I would give it a try myself. I also want to know what I should NOT be doing, what might be causing this issue. Yesterday I felt better than today for whatever reason.

Today I did RAW 4 Day Split Bi's and Tri's and had an excellent workout. It was followed with a Heavy Bag Finisher which I did as well. Love these workouts.

This workout was 1 minute for each exercise/10 second rest. This was a great, intense workout.

Biceps
Supinated Curls
: 15's/12's
W Curl to Rotate to Front: 12's
Hammer Curls: 15's (slow 4 counts up and down)
Bicep burnout w/Tube - Alternate Curls
Repeat

Triceps
Overhead Extension
: 15#
Kickbacks: 5's
Dips
Kickbacks w/Tubing
(burnout set)
Repeat

Then I did the Heavy Bag Finisher. Workout was 39 minutes, burned 307 calories, HR was 141/167.

No time for personals, I'm hoping to have some time tomorrow. Been going crazy lately. Solo & Ensemble went great! Have a great workout everyone!!

I did a 33 minute ride with Ifit Casey in Moab this morning - a big interval workout - great scenery and route. Then I took the dog for a short walk/jog.

Good Afternoon,

I haven’t been able to workout my we brought my mother here to visit took her back home Saturday after my grands played basketball. It’s going to be a nice day so taking the dog for a walk later. My unemployment came through last Friday so that’s a relief.

Diane-I think you would like Colourpop shadows and Anastasia Of Beverly Hills. I was going to suggest BH Cosmetics but they just sold to Makeup Revolution and their stuff isn’t that great.

Debbie-I ordered some of the Fenty stuff that I have been wanting to try use my points and saved 17.00.

Hi guys, I track my progress on Workout Manager which is great because with Cathe's DVDs and streaming DVDs have all the stats. Having said that, today on March 2, I looked at the March 1st stats. You are compared to others. I spent over 4 hours in my gym doing Cardio Kicks followed by STS: Core Cardio. I followed that with a two hour total Bis and Tris workout. I woke up this morning and this is what I saw. I don't want to accuse anyone of cheating, I know people can be very competitive but someone doing over 18 1/2 hours working out seems a bit odd to me. She also burned 6018.92 calories during her 18 hour workout. I get that everyone is competitive (I included) but I also get that the whole thing only works for everyone if you are honest. Sorry to vent in this way but it's disheartening to find out you work out so hard and are very honest about what you do and this type thing happens. Ok, I through with my rant and I do feel better. Today, it's Long Legs and ABs, Imax 4 and a total lower body workout I created on my own: Leg Presses, Stationary Lunges, Reverse Lunges, Crossback Lunges, Squats, Plie Squats, Deadlifts and Calf Raises. I do 5 - 6 sets with heavy weight. I've been doing this for over 6 months and my legs are hard as rocks and my backside doesn't hang on the back of my legs. I do a different body part(s) every day usually Bi's and Tri's; Chest, Best and Shoulders, and total lower body workout. I give my self a day of rest or I make it a cardio and ab day. I do abs almost everyday, too. I may put this in other forum posts, too. March 1 stats.
