Today I walked on my TM for 30 minutes and walked 1.5 miles. Next, I did a DB upper body workout using 8 and 10# DB's doing as much as I could lying on a mat on the floor. Lying on the floor is the best for my back right now, it is amazing how many exercises you can do in that position. Standing I did lateral raises using 5# DB's and I also did all different kinds of Bicep curls. The only back exercise I did was pull overs on the floor and it was fine. I am going to a new Chiro/Physical Therapist to get some stretches and exercises I can do for the issue I have. Both Diane and Debbie have had good luck seeing a PT, so I thought I would give it a try myself. I also want to know what I should NOT be doing, what might be causing this issue. Yesterday I felt better than today for whatever reason.
