In the house briefly between music class for DD and orthodontist for DS. Here is what this morning looked like.

One Arm OHP
8/8/8 - 25's **count was up 2, hold 2 and lower 4***
Superset B
Reverse Lunges
6/6/6 - 42 1/2's **up a total of 5#**
BSS
12/12/12 - 27 1/2's **again up a total of 5#**
Superset C
One Legged SB Hamstring Curls
8/8/8
Spiderman climbs
12/12/12
Then out side to run wind sprints at a 30/90 ratio for 6 rounds, which wasn't easy on legs that were tired.
