Good Morning, I just finished running 6 miles on the treadmill and burned 630 calories. I will go back and do weights in a bit.
 
Had a puke status workout this morning. Worked my legs and I worked them good.

1:30 minute rest between each set and exercise.

LEGS
Squats:
125# - 6/6
115# - 10
105# - 12/12
***These felt good. I was surprised at how easy 105# was. Weird.

Leg Press Station:
230# - 6/6 (up 10#)
210# - 10 (up 10#)
200# - 12/12 (up 10#)
***Love this exercise. I learned today that I have a total of 240# in plates.

Static Lunges:
115# - 6/6 (stayed the same as last week)
110# - 10 (same)
100# - 12/12 (same)
***No increase. My legs were rubber by the time I got to this and I didn't want to risk injury.

Leg Extensions:
105# - 12/12 (up 5#)

Hamstring Curls:
65# - 12/12 (up 5#)
***These killed me.

CALVES
Leg Press Station Calf Raises:
230# - 15/15/15/15 (up 10#)
***Toes forward, out, in and forward. Burned like hell!

Yesterday I worked Back only and I need to combine Biceps/Shoulders and Abs today. I sometimes end up having alot going on in one day and I insist on doing it all so....anyways...here is what I did:

BACK
Rows:
65# 6
70# 6

60# 12/12
SAME AS LAST TIME

Pullovers:
45# 6/6/6
40# 10
35# 12/12

Chin Ups:

6/6/7/6
(did these unassisted this time and was happy with numbers even though I am really trying to get back up to at least 10 again..just didn't make it)

I have some mowing and cleaning to do today also. Very busy again.

Excellent workout. I see your getting up there with your squats and the leg extensions are really impressive with that amount of weight.

Toasty: thank you:rolleyes: I had a blasts gave a BD last Saturday and it was the best EVER! Folks still calling and saying they had a good time. We party like it was 1999 :eek:party was over 7am Sunday. I finally got some rest last night, yesterday I was dead tired! Ready to take on some good hardcore workouts:)
 
Hey there Crazy Hot Maniacs! This morning I did Doves Bodies Volume #1. The abs in this are killa and I almost had to quit on some of them, but I manned through, lol, could be that my abs were fried from doing squeeze yesterday too. Dang, I've never worked my abs so hard as lately.

Teddy- Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you! I bet you throw a mean party, wish we could all have been there.:cool:

Debbie- You are going to out grow that leg press! Dang!

Diane Sue- You're and animal, seriously! Endless energy!

Char- Good job on the pull-ups. I wonder if I can even do one now. I haven't been doing them lately.

I know by now you've got some pretty good muscles gain, from this challenge, you are incredible. I keep eyeballing this challenge you guys are doing, I want to start it so bad, but I do NOT have the equipment. I shall see:p Nice work:D;)

Feeling guilty after a carb fest yesterday.. and my 1st real OFF day in weeks!- no cardio- no weights.. and it was a high carb day .. AND I din't make my water requirement :( that was a bit disappointing.. but I will make up for it.. I was tired so I guess I needed a day off :)

After the treadmill I went back and did the lower body only of Muscle Max stopping at the stretch, then went on to do Push Pull lower body segments and then used the workout blender and did calves 3 times, and inner and outer thighs 3 times. I finished with Amy's Step Challenge 3 stretch. It is a good 12 minute stretch that really gets the legs well. Total calories burned was 1004. Now have to get out and and get some groceries that I have been procrastinating on buying. No cottage cheese, yogurt or salad here. I had some protein powder this morning in skim milk.

Tuesday:
Amy's all pump extreme premix lower body
This morning:
Elliptical and Stairmaster-30minutes

Foot is still hurting a little which is why the cardio is soo short.

Dallys- I saw yesterday's post and so agree about the lighter weight higher rep training, I'm sticking with that myself.

Toasty- SOOOOOo glad you are feeling better! You had me worried.

Debbie- good luck Friday woman, you will do fine if you keep it upright right?

Teddy girl, missed you for awhile sorry to hear about son...HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I don't know how to do all that fancy stuff...but Happy Birthday.

DS- 1000plus calories! HOpe you are loaded up with your cottage cheese and salad stuff.

Pebbles- nice workout.

I won't posting much until my trial is over October 5th, maybe 6th. The trial diet is a superb way to lose weight. When I have 2 weeks trials, I often lose 10-15 pounds from the stress alone...YEAH!!!! Is that sick and twisted or what!

Hope you all love the picture of my babies in the convertible with DH driving!

One Legged SB Hamstring Curls

Spiderman climbs
12/12/12

Then out side to run wind sprints at a 30/90 ratio for 6 rounds, which wasn't easy on legs that were tired.

M3: Chocolate Fudge BSN w/ 3/4 c. oats & 1 tbsp. Naturally More PB
M4: 2 - 4 oz. turkey patties on 1 slice 12 grain bread; 1 tbsp. raw almonds; Plum
M5: Clif Builder Bar
M6: Chipolte Talapia; Sweet potato; Sauteed veggies w/ 2 tsp. parm cheese
M7: 1 whole egg, 4 egg whites

2238 calories (2200 goal)
68 g. fat - 28%
195 g. protein 35% (195 g. goal)
219 g. carbs - 39% (325 g. goal)
YIKES!

There is NO WAY I can eat 325 g. of carbs in one day AND keep my protein up. That is almost impossible for me.

M5: tuna mixed w/salad green peppers, grapes, ken ff dressing (after I walk)


The weather is so beautiful, I’m going for a nice walk. When I get back home (still have liquor and wine) going to have me a BD drink and a hot bubble bath and its night..night.

Amber, the trial diet doesn't sound fun. Hope the trial goes well...I know it's loads of prep. My best friend is a lawyer.

Today's workout was Tracey's Circuit Zone, which I haven't done in a while. Fun workout.
