Great Glutes Clip

I just watched the great glutes clip and now I have no idea which one to start with. I am so excited about these new workouts from what I've seen.
 
I just finished a premix from xtrain legs and now all I'm thinking about is which new lower body to use first and how should I use them. Everytime I see a clip, I think, this will be my fav. but then I see another and now I don't know. I love Cathe's step workouts and kickbox, but the x10 looks like a go to for a good, quick cardio. So I guess I will just have to wait and watch them all to see which to do first, but it will probably be a leg one.
 
Another goodie! I love the firewalker bands whilst holding the chair - some of that in STS Meso1, and they really work!
 
Are there any hip thrusters in this workout? I hope so, but didn't see any on the clip.

This workout is soon to be released.

We won't know till we get the workout at home. Hip thrust is on xtrain set as a challenge. Full content of a workout never get disclosed prior to the release of the workout;):):)

Bands

Ok...I always watch them in the video and the firewalker bands just stay there in place. I purchased some bands from fitness store and OMG I feel like I have ring around the ankle or leg burn from the band moving. When I watch the clips I think hmmm did they use some kind of special glue because those bands don't move or roll.

I am trying to make sure I have all of my stuff in order I am so hyped about this one, flex train, abs and glutes..

Ladies we are going to look even better in our jeans with some of these moves.

Oh yeah we can always rely on cathe to feel comfortable and slot a compact beautiful rear in a tight skinny jean lol ;);):cool:

I am ready ;), can't wait bring it on.
I just completed cathe's rock bottom rotation I am asking for more ouch!! CRAZY hein :cool: It's all good;)

I do have cathe's firewalker and another brand.

IMO, cathe's one is more comfortable while using for ankle's more.

It does roll back when I use it for upper legs move but still it's more comfortable than the other brand. That is just my opinion.
 
I used Cathe's bands but they did end up stretching out on me so I went with a different brand that is Latex; it doesn't stretch out. Not as comfortable but they last and I got used to it. I have some from Power-Systems (which I used in my Pilates class) and also some called The Loop which I use at home.
