OMG Girls, you have been chatty lately!
I'm sorry I haven't been around lately. So much stress...
We may be buying a home within a month if everything works out, so as you can imagine we have been busy like crazy. I'll be excited if it works out, that way I can have a room ready for my baby.
This past Saturday, we went to a Blble study and my friends threw me a secret baby shower, that was so meaninful for me since we I don't have any family around, neither my DH
Jen, you are having a great time with all those baby shower
Susan, you are in my prayers, waiting for an update
Wendy, I can only imagine the mixed feeling you may be experiencing. I'm praying for you and your family
Melanie, great news on the maternity leave. I'm actually using all my vacation for it. I was reviewing my contract and I don't think they'll pay me any maternity. Oh well...
Allison, 300 cookbooks, holy cow! you probably have more cookbooks than Cathe's DVD LOL
Feeling so tired now, I need to get my hair done and have zero energy...

Priscilla, good luck with the house. Sounds like it was unexpected; hopefully it's meant to be That stinks that you don't get any time off. When I had DD, I had to use 2 weeks of vacation/sick/unpaid (in any combination I chose) before my 4 weeks of short term disability kicked in. That was it for me. It's just not enough time
It is downright cold in Philadelphia today! It never hit the 60s as the weather forecast promised. Brrrrr. I've done the Breast Cancer 3-Day in Philadelphia the past 2 years, but didn't sign up for this year's because of the pregnancy. It's this coming weekend. Forecast says 50s and raining -- sounds really raw to me. I hope the forecast changes for all those walkers!

I saw on facebook that there was a congrats on Wendy's: GIRL .......and something about her Dad no longer suffering? Whew....what a rollarcoaster for our Wendy. Sending you lots of hugs, girl!!!

Congratulations to Susan and Wendy! I am so happy that you are safe and your babies are healthy.
I have not been around much, mostly because all original thought seems to have leaked out of my head. Writing Thank you notes has not been this hard since the third grade, thankfully DH is helping.
I am doing pretty well. I have decided that nine months is just too long to be pregnant, we would be better off if we could have healthy babies in seven months. My feet and fingers are swollen, and I am having a lot of trouble breathing. I keep trying to walk, yoga, pilates to get the baby moved down out of my lungs. Other than that, things are going smoothly, my dr. is happy with me and many people are telling me well pregnancy suits me. I think that I even have convinced my inlaws to wait a couple of days before coming to see the baby instead of being in the hospital with me.

Have you had a baby shower? Do you have everything ready? Kuddos to your working out. I'm pretty uncomforable (just laying in bed)....I cannot imagine trying to workout right now.

Well ladies I am writing you today from home. Had a horrible night of back pain and tried to go into work only to go to the dr. He thinks its a pulled muscle thanks to however James must be positioned so he prescribed me Darvocet. I was in so much pain that I was throwing up at the dr ofc.
But for the good news....I am 1 1/2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. I wish I could enjoy the excitement leading up to his birth but it doesn't feel like this Darvocet has kicked in and I am still in excruating pain.
Congrats to Wendy and Susan! Yay! Can't wait to see pics!

Priscila- Sorry that you will have to move on top of being pregnant. What is it with all the stress our poor preggo women have to go through??? Will be thinking good thoughts for you.
Oh Allison, I wish it were cold here in Florida. Apparently we are going to break a record for being in the 90's for more than 8 days in October. Woo hoo! (Insert sarcasm here)
I'll check back later...I am laid up on the couch for now so will be bored I'm sure.
