anyone knows if the free download #3 will be upper or cardio or something else? I know that it will be realised on september 1 but I'm just curious.
The answer to the question is yes we are going to have an upper body workout. More on moderate/heavy side. it's not pilates, it is not a high rep circuit, not yoga, not a cycle circuit, not a barre etc.... none of those#No offense to anyone!!!

Oh good - she's still releasing at the beginning of the month. Was starting to worry since they weren't talking it up as much as they did the first two workouts.

Yes, I'm sure the next one will be Back & Bis - and maybe she'll tag on some core, too.

Not personally a fan of UB split workouts - though I know a lot of people are. When it comes to a pre-mix situation, you're stuck just with whatever body parts are in the split workout. If it's a complete UB workout, then premixes can include all UB parts.

I understand it's a moot point with these since they're free downloads with no premixes anyway - but if they were to be sold with premixes, I'd be a little meh about it.

Definitely look forward to trying it out, though. I've got S&S Ramped Up UB planned for Thursday - I'll swap that out with this one... and then figure out how to sneak in a STS 2.0 BP Back/Biceps premix later this week.

Yeah, the lack of publicity is puzzling but at least they're coming. A clip would have been nice too. I'll do split UBs but prefer them all in one. And I'm hoping she'll throw in some core in the Back & Bi one too.
