@forum admin- package still shows from last evening- pending acceptance at Glassdoor

Hi Aqua girl, of course, we're concerned about your package. That's why Nancy spent a lot of time answering your email and concerns this morning. As it stands now we don't know if there is a problem with your package delivery or if the problem is just due to a missed scan since it has only been 2 days since it shipped. This happens all of the time and in most cases, the package is delivered without any problems. But if you don't want to wait and see what happens just reach out again to Nancy and she will refund you for your purchase. Then just refuse the package when and if it is delivered.
 
I appreciate your thoughts, and besides me being concerned, I would like to think you all would be concerned as well. The package tracking number was scanned from the sheet at your place and the individual package has not been scanned yet. Yes, while all are enjoying their new dvds, or at least receiving updates on the location of their packages,
I just sit here and check the tracking # seeing package pending acceptance.


yes, I wish it would arrive tomorrow….but if nothing changes, my question is how long do I have to wait for a replacement package or refund?
If it makes you feel any better mine isn’t here yet either. I thought it might be available to pick up early but it wasn’t to be.

In the past I’ve had packages delivered without tracking being scanned until it reached our post office. (We don’t have mail delivery. We have to pick it up.)

I hope yours arrives today.
 
Of course, I want the dvds, that is why I ordered them 7 months ago! I am just trying to get an answer -how long does someone wait for a package to come (weeks, months,) before you say, we will send a replacement and if and when you receive the first one, please return it, if I could afford it, I would reorder another set just to get them…
my mail comes early before noon, so I hope the package shows up….everything I can
possibly cross is crossed!

Hi, for the lack of doing anything else, I called USPS to see if they had found out anything….she said there were no updates….surprise, surprise…but I think if it never shows up, because it was priority mail, you all can file the insurance claim.

if they don’t come tomorrow, and you resend, do you think we can do it UPS? UPS ground from you to me is 1 day and I think UPS delivers ground on Saturday, maybe you know…I would be willing to pay that additional charge, somehow, I could mail you a check, etc. do you think that’s a possibility?

Sure, we can send it UPS. Just make sure to request UPS when you email us tomorrow, but try to contact us before 1pm if possible because UPS might have an early pickup because of the holiday. As for USPS, I'm not surprised either.
 
Oh great, maybe then I can have them Saturday! To be honest, I don’t think the other will
come tomorrow….but we’ll see….maybe in the morning, let Nancy know that I will be
emailing hopefully around noon & to be on the lookout…..so we don’t miss the pickup.

Forum admin, thanks....I just emailed her :) seeing if she can email me the tracking#..

Also, wanted to let you know that I received a call back from USPS and they simply repeated exactly
what that tracking # shows, she said it is no further information (we already know that) and to contact
you (which I have done) A big waste of time I do believe. Rest assured as I told Nancy, if the other
one shows up, I will return.
 
Hi aqua girl, I'll make sure we email you your tracking number. As for USPS, I'm sure they have some really nice customer service employees who answer the phones, but I don't think they really do anything when it comes to solving the issue. The difference between a small business like ours and a big bureaucracy is that we actually did 3 different sweeps of our facility looking for your package just in case we messed up. I doubt they really did anything. But in fairness to them, they deal in millions of packages and it's really tough to find something when it goes wrong in such a big organization.
 
Yay! just received email from UPS saying delivery tomorrow! But with all that has happened, I don't want
to get over excited till I see out for delivery or it actually in my hands.
Aqua Girl, I thought I was exited about getting STS 2.0, but you're as bad as a kid on Christmas Eve. You're going to have yourself all worn before it gets there. lol When it arrives, might I suggest doing one of the recovery workouts first? lol Seriously, hope you get it tomorrow. :)

There are MANY small businesses that would NOT do that....not aqua girl and I have my package...but THANK YOU for going the extra mile !!
