I think the leaning over makes it isolate that specific area. Below is a pic that I saw at the link Susan (SCM) posted. (Thanks Susan) This is similar to how we were positioned but our hands were straight DOWN on the chair not OUT like hers. I told my students not to extend their legs up as high as this pic also. It looked like an "injury" to me! Ha!
