Fluidity Update

do you do other weighted leg work or did you just use Fluidity, Bar Method, etc to lose the inches from your thighs? What body type do you have? (hope you don't mind the question, but I'm trying to decide how I need to use Fluidity, etc).
 
I used to use ankle weights in High Step Training and Legs & Glutes. Then I noticed that my quads were looking over-developed and out of proportion. I don't use the high step anymore. I may add the high step back in later. Instead of stepping everyday, I'm doing more brisk walking and intervals on the treadmill. I stopped doing weighted leg work in Jari Slim & Lean for a few weeks. And I go twice as slow for her single count lunges so I can maintain a better form. I added in very light weights for the lunges in S&L this week. I stopped using weights altogether for squats. I'm a meso-endo pear shape. My thighs/calves are always the last place to lose fat. I don't know if my results are strictly from bar work. I think it's a combination of all the changes I've made. I do think that bar work has helped me work my hamstrings/glutes better.

I just saw the infomercial on Fluidity.com. I am very intrigued. Are you still enjoying adding fluidity to your workouts? And are you seeing a longer, leaner body, even while still lifting with your Cathe dvds?

Not fair, not fair, not fair. I so want this but I am in Australia and not available here. x( At least my credit card will thank me. I will just keep reading about fluidity and hoping it comes to our shores one day.
