Fitnessfreak - private rotation?

Ok, this is what I came up with. I hope it's ok for you all.

And I wasn't sure if I should include ab work or not. If you are ok with ab work, do something two days a week. Some of the workouts have it included with legs and others don't. Just pick what you want to do on your own.

WEEK 1
Day 1: GS Legs
Day 2: 60 minutes of cardio, your choice
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Butts & Guts
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: 60 minutes of cardio, your choice
Day 7: Rest

WEEK 2
Day 1: S&H Legs
Day 2: 60 minutes of cardio, your choice
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Legs & Glutes
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Rest

WEEK 3
Day 1: Pure Strength Legs
Day 2: 60 minutes of cardio, your choice
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: 4DS Legs + floor work from B&G
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: 60 minutes of cardio, your choice
Day 7: Rest

WEEK 4
Day 1: GS Legs
Day 2: 60 minutes of cardio, your choice
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Pyramid Lower Body
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: 60 minutes of cardio, your choice
Day 7: Rest

Not a real great rotation, it's hard to make them up with no upper body stuff. But try this and see how you do.
 
Thank you Debbie! I know it's hard to come up with a rotation with no UB, I've tried. I do think I will add in cardio for one day & one day pilates, or play around with those two days. I have some fat to lose and wouldn't know how to act without 6 days working out(workouts help keep me sane, lol).

Thanks so much Debbie. We must think alike, I started this week with GS legs. Now I can stay on track.

I will also only take one rest day. Extra cardio certainly never hurt me any.
