Stephanie Huckabee- WW Punch! 30 min. Beginner Workout with Weighted Gloves (another blast from the past—-so much fun!)

I am trying to revisit some older workouts as I go..mixing in with the normal regular
workouts I do….that’s fun too! Gotta keep it interesting:)

I did a Gin Miller step workout this AM, “Step Reaction”. Pretty basic workout, but fun.
I have always liked Gin, I have a lot of her workouts ranging from step, weights, ramping, etc. That’s probably all today, feeling a little tired, this heat really gets to me sometimes.
After my workout, I went to Walmart & Food Lion, so that felt like a workout in itself !!!
 
Hi Nora, since I had a short workout day yesterday, I did get in more today((Friday)

IFit “Formentor LightHouse Treadmill Walk, Mallorca, Spain” - 21 min.

WW 10 min.Time Crunch Series ( Stephanie Huckabee). I did the Upper Body with tubing section. The workout was actually 20 min. because in the 10 min. they don’t
count the warmup & stretch but I liked it a lot. I guess the 10 min. Time crunch refers
to the workout section you choose. There are about 5 or 6 different workouts On the dvd.

The Firm Slim without the Gym dvd- Brazilian Butt Lift with tubing & loop. That was
10 min.

KCM Cardio Fit- Premix: Cardio Hi/Lo-No Dumbbells- 19 min.

I did this workout earlier but forgot to check in. I did find a copy of Leslie's Walk & Kick as part of a 5 day fit walk, so I was anxious to try it out. Blast from the past was right back in Leslie's QVC early days, fun stuff. I've enjoyed Leslie ever since I saw her on QVC. I even called in once spoke to her on the air and raved about her and wished I could get another ball she had with her system. She had operator take my name and particulars. Leslie said on air she'd make sure Igot another ball. She did send it to me with a very kind note in her own hand writing. So cool!!

Here's today's lite workout:

Leslie Sansone 5 -Day Walk Fit- Walk & Kick = 32 Min

This was fun a something a little different for leslie but I had fun with it and recognized some of the other exercisers too. The other walks look good to I'll have to give them a try as well.
