yes, I have a bunch of Gin Miller workouts, & of course she did a lot of ramping workouts! I have always liked her…she can be so funny….I did her Step Reaction step
dvd last week.

You are kickin' butt with both of those great workouts. They are both sound like fun and get a nice sweat going with all those or as Jessica Smith says, "Sparkley". Nicely done and loving those

Tuesday.....Yes, I was supposed to have mammogram tomorrow, but I re-scheduled for
next month....actually I have re-scheduled it 3 times before. I am awful for doing that,
and a big "chicken" when it comes to that. but hopefully I will keep the appointment next
month..... I know I need to....

Debbie Rocker- WalkVest Indoor Walking Workout
Gin Miller- Ramping Up Creative Choreography workout (really enjoying re-visiting ramping)

YT- Bounce Fit Babe- Low Impact Rebounder Workout

Starting tomorrow, I plan to try & cut back my daily workouts to 2 or 3 each day. I am
beginning to wear myself out.....:) and not getting much else done.... :(

I hear ya on needing to shorten workouts, I'm also feeling a bit worn out. I keep reminding myself its ok to do shorter workouts and may be better for me to feel more rested that way.

As you know I did not workout yesterday. I had my Mammogram the doctor that I requestedto read it is on vacation a nd won't be able to read it until she returns September 8th. She will read it either the 8th,9th, or 10th. So Prayers are very welcome for a begnin outcome.

( I really like these workouts, there are 3, Beginner,
Immediate & Advanced....however, the advanced isn't too advanced in my mind as Stephanie has a
modifier which I followed on some of the moves like jacks, etc.---they are alot of fun !)
YT- Phoenix Nation- 15 min. Standing Core & Stretch ( no jump rope in this one)

Hi Nora, great job yesterday with your spinning, kickboxing & kettlebells..... WTG!

FYI- I checked on Amazon and they have the WW Punch dvd, either the kit with the weighted gloves or just the dvd. To be honest, unless you don't have weighted gloves or you could use your egg weights, you really
don't need the kit, but it looks like the kit is $20. and the dvd is $13. so not much difference. I have those
gloves and they are just like the weighted gloves that came with a Firm kit years ago, and I think Leslie had
something similar. I use my "Piloxing" Weighted Gloves with these workouts. I like them better. It looks
like they have the WW 10 min. Time Crunch Kit as well, maybe around $15.00 or so, that's the one that
uses tubing and that comes with the kit. I had gotten this as a kit as well years ago and actually use my regular tubing as I am partial to Theraband brand tubing with handles.

Sunday workouts:

IFit- "Cala Figuera Fishing Village Treadmill Walk, Mallorca, Spain" - 20 min.
YT- Phoenix Nation- 25 min. Full Body Resistance Band & Jump Rope Hiit Workout
NordicTrainer Ski Workout
