Friday, for me, is some cleaning later on :( and I did the following workouts:

Cathe-Pyramid Pump dvd-Timesaver Premix # 11 (1 set of everything) -26 min.
YT- Jump Rope Dudes- 10 min. Best Morning Jump Rope workout
KCM - Strength & Stamina dvd -Premix-Express Workout #2 (1 set & swings) - 21:17 min.

IFit skier workout - Rundfjell Ramp Intervals, Norway” - 27 min.
YT - RowVigor Core Killer (rowing & core) - 15 min.
YT - Regatta Fitness- 10 min. Stretch on the Rower

I like Sydney’s 15 min. Jump rope workout that you did....I have done that one several times..... and yes, I love those gunslingers in Kelly’s workout. I think I have said it many
times. These 2 new dvds of Kelly’s are 2 of my most favorites....I also have been using the Cardio Pump dvd here lately and have really enjoyed this one too,,,,

Early Sunday workouts for me:
CL Arms, Legs, Core & More (did warmup & first 25 min & stretch)
KCM Home Gym Intervals dvd - Workout #1- 30 min. (On treadmill)

That will probably be it for today.....

I really love Kelly's two newest ones and Cardio Pump, BoxFit, and her Build and Burn.
I keep reaching for these often and even miss doing those workouts if I try to mix things up and do other ones to keep it fresh. I still want to do the ones I mentioned. So many of Kelly's are favorites. I even bought a duplicate back up of the ones I love. Yes, Sydney's workout yesterday was fun and challenging, but very do able.

Nicely done on Sunday's (today's) workouts with:

CL Arms, Legs, Core & More (did warmup & first 25 min & stretch)
KCM Home Gym Intervals dvd - Workout #1- 30 min. (On treadmill) WTG!! High fives!! Very accomplished Sunday workout.

dumbbell exercises & Stretch)
YT - Oakley Women- Resistance Tubing & Jump Rope Workout - 9 min. (First time on this one, short, but I really liked it)
Leslie- Walk & Kick dvd (this is an oldie but goodie). After doing Walk it Off with George
Walk & Box yesterday, I remembered that Leslie had an older workout that she did
with easier boxing & kicks with walking….I knew I had it….took me a while to find which
dvd case it was in :)…..it’s a fun & light workout…

No, I didn't find Leslie's walk and box. I do think I had that one on VHS,but I can't find it. That was back when she had her workouts for sale on QVC. I did purchase all her workouts she had on QVC back in the day.
