Hi Nora, good idea to add in a workout yesterday to make up for a missed day on
Tuesday…

Monday workouts:

YT- BeachBody MBFA sample workout (Muscle Burns Fat-Advanced) - 36 min.
(enjoyed this one as well as the first one I did not too long ago.)

IFit - “Jardins d’Alfabia Treadmill Walk, Mallorca,Spain”

heavy bag boxing & stretch.) about 20 min.

posted 4 days ago- I don't think that's the one you did yesterday) I liked it alot.
IFit "Max it Out Time Crunch" Elliptical workout # 8 (this was the last one in this series-
so series completed-Yay !)

spinning.....WTG!

For Friday, I just finished doing yesterday’s CL-Upper Lower Combos” - 43 min. I really
like this one, I have really been enjoying CatheLive’s lately... I am sure you’ve noticed! :)

That will probably be it for me today, unless I do something else later tonight........it’s
gonna be HOT here today (actually it’s hot everyday!)

Saturday, for me, was:

IFit Upper-Body Strength with Gideon..(I love this one, he does either jump rope intervals or floor cardio intervals between the body parts). 30 min.

YT- AngieFitnessTV -15 min. To Fit- Ankle weights Lower Body Sculpt (this was ok, first
time I tried it....)

KCM Cardio Blast dvd- Workout 2 Floor Cardio (did a mix from this, of course following
Lauren on the modifications)

have a good Saturday...keep cool....today & tomorrow here is going to be extremely hot..

KCM Strength & Stamina Dvd Premix: Express Workout #1 (1 set & swings) - 21 min.
YT - Phoenix Nation- 10 min. Jump Rope & Kettlebells Hiit Workout

stretch) - about 28 min.
CL Step, Sweat & Lift (warmup, step segment & stretch) - 27 min.
YT - Julie Jones Fitness - HIIT Ropeless Jump Rope Workout-No Repeats - 18:25 min.

yesterday...I believe you said you wouldn’t be doing any workouts today.....enjoy your
day although it sounds like you will be busy.....

Tuesday workouts:

IFit treadmill walk- a 1.1 mile walk that I created with their street view maps..a neighborhood close to me....that I have actually walked before “in person” :)
I set the workout and my treadmill to 3mph and follow changing the incline as it shows
what it is as you go....you can play their FM feed music in the background and the
scene changes as you “walk down the street”. it’s neat how that works... worked out
to be 20 min.
KCM Cardio Pump dvd- Workout #2 - weights (pyramid training) 30 min.
Coffeyfit Raw Stepboxing workout that is on the Cardio Fit dvd - 30 min.

No workout for me today as I was helping fill-out waitlist housing apartments for DH's Adult child brother to find him a place to live.

Great job on all of your Tuesday's workouts as follows:

Blender - Wicked PHA - 30 min.
IFit - “Homestead, Florida” elliptical workout - 20 min.

from them again. I like them, I like Jenny, but if I do several in a short period of time,
I just get bored. :(
