Good for you taking a rest day Friday, those are important to take. Nicely Done Saturday with: CL Metabolic Circuit (warmup, 3 rounds, & stretch)
KCM CardioFit dvd- Premix- Dumbbell Blast-Dumbbells only), what a great combo. WTG Hgh fives on Saturday's workout:) Then Sunday was another great workout combo with:
Blender - Back & Core, IFit - Bike & Box Workout #7. Great job on Sunday's workout as well. You are amazing and WTG on those awesome workouts;) High fives!!

I just finished today's workout andwill now check in.

KCM 30MTF- Cardio Pump- Workout#2 Pyramids= 33 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- 60 min Indoor Cycling Class (19 Feb 22 LIVE RIDE)= 67 Min

We are now getting hot weather. Yesterday was 98 degrees and I think today is supposed to be another hot one. I think tomorrow I'll be out of town on estate business so I won't workingout tomorrow.

Hi Nora, great job on your workouts today…..oooh….98 degrees…that’s hot! we have had it in the 90s but not quite that high yet…however when you are in the 90s, it doesn’t
matter…it’s just plain HOT!

Today I did

Blender- Shoulders, Biceps & Low Impact Cardio
YT - Good Thing Fitness- Jump Rope & Stability Ball Interval Workout.

or just the Abs....but good job either way...sometimes I have to switch out what I am
gonna do too. :)

Yes, I did have to change things up on yesterday's workout. I did both spin workouts and spin stretch, and abs but no Lean Legs and abs.
Sorry for the confusion.

I am always humbled by how long you spend on your bike..... I wish I liked the bike better,
perhaps if I had a better one, I would enjoy it more....oh well, that's one reason I enjoy the
IFit Bike & Box series workouts, you are basically on the bike for 3 min. and then off for
3 min. doing boxing combos, back & forth like that for about 30-33 min. workouts. That I
can handle...:)

Today, Friday, I did about the first 22 min. of this week's CL, To the Mat-Legs,Glutes, Core.
That was the warmup, and then outer, inner thighs & quads with the Firewalker Loop.
I then went to the final stretch for about a total of 27-28 min.
That was a long CatheLive, the whole workout went about 1 hour, 5 min... Too long of a full workout for me.....especially doing only lower body.....like the bike, Lower body isn't one of my favorite things...:) only in shorter time lengths.

I also did KCM's Power Splits-Upper Body Split workout with boxing finishers. I just love those 2 new workouts from her. Two of my all time favorites for sure.
That will probably be my workouts for today. I may add in another one of the IFit treadmill walks with Tommy in Spain. In fact, I may do that shortly :)

Today (Saturday) I did CL Birthday Bash 2021..(the whole thing!). 46 min. :)
that will probably be it for me today, since it was a longer workout.....

I did CL Total Body Band Blast (purchased this one over the weekend) and did the whole
time..56 min. Yikes….that’s about my time limit for 1 workout…Good workout tho’.

Also, IFit on the bike- “Ice Art Park Ride, Fairbanks, Alaska”
