Good morning! I see you've started off your day with some really fun workouts. High fives & WTG on the following workouts:
KCM - Body Design dvd- Upper Body Strength workout & stretch - 19 min.
Blender - Touch Up Training Lower Body Express #2 - 21 min.
YT - Julie Jones Fitness - Ropeless Jump Rope & Standing Core (love this one) - 25 min. Ooh I so want try that one!

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Double Trouble-60 min Rhythm Ride = 62 Min
KCM- 30 MTF- Power Splits- Workout #2 (Lower Body) = 32 Min (yep back for more)
KCM 30MTF- CardioFit- Workout #2 = 30 Min Love this one!!! Love both of Kelly's newest dvd's.

Blender- "Perfect Shoulders, Chest & Triceps"
Blender- "To the Mat: Legs, Glutes, Core-(Blender Version)"

That's it for today......hot & humid here again....and doing a little cleaning as well. Enjoy your workouts !

Yay! T.G.I.F! We made it!

Great job today with: Blender- "Perfect Shoulders, Chest & Triceps"

I have a hair appointment later so I had to squeeze in a bike ride. I might do some add ons later not sure.

Good job Nora on yesterday’s spinning workouts....

Today I did CL Metabolic Ball Blast ( did warmup, 1st 5 rounds, & stretch) Worked out to be about 20 min. There are a total of 10 rounds, so I basically did 1st half of workout.

Also did Kelly’s Boxing Finisher with egg weights along with the warmup & stretch on the
Power Splits dvd. That was a total of about 16 min.

My Tuesday line-up was:

KCM Split Sessions Premix- Upper Body Blitz - 22 min.
KCM Muscle Up Lift 2B Fit Premix- Legs & Glutes - 19 min.
IFit Rowing workout- “Lake Avis, Portugal“
Interval Pro Timer app- Beginner Ropeless Jump Rope Workout- 9 min.

I did these, back to back with little rest in between and I am tired….ready for a nap!!!:)
I normally do take a break when I have numerous workouts to do, but I didn’t this time
and I feel it…..

It's been in the 90's here and its tough on me with my MS. I didn't sleep last night and had an early dental appointment and decided to not workout been lack of sleep and heat fatigue it wasn't a good mix for me. I had to pass on working out today. It sounds like you had some stellar workouts today with :

KCM Split Sessions Premix- Upper Body Blitz - 22 min.
KCM Muscle Up Lift 2B Fit Premix- Legs & Glutes - 19 min.
IFit Rowing workout- “Lake Avis, Portugal“

Hi Nora, you had a well deserved rest day yesterday…..I hear you about the heat, upper
80’s-90’s here…most every day…mostly the reason I have been doing my workouts
very early, if I can….we had a big thunderstorm last evening…Jack was scared to death…it lasted about 45 min…..was very glad when it was over…to be honest, I don’t
like them either! I usually go & sit on the couch….my up-bringing coming back…..mom
used to always make us kids go & sit still on the couch during bad storms…. Funny how
you can remember things like that and automatically still do those things….

Today, I did

CL Cardio Box: Arms & Abs (did the warmup, one combo, couple core exercises & stretch.). Worked out to be about 22 min.

KCM Cardio Fit - Premix- Cardio Kickboxing- 21 min.

If I can, later, I hope to do an IFit treadmill walk- it will be the next one in Tommy’s series-
“Solivellas Olive Farm, Mallorca, Spain” which is about 20 min. Just back to say I did do the treadmill walk. Beautiful......

I did not workout today either. I got up this morning and promptly fell out of bed onto the floor. Then my balance has been off all day. I think its because of too many hot days in a row, it's just too much for my MS.

Again,great job on all your fun workouts. Hopefully I'll be able to workout tomorrow we'll see.

Today I did this week's CatheLive-Total Body Compound Core-45 min. I surprised myself,
I did the whole thing! Really liked the workout.
I am getting ready to do an IFit bike ride--it will be one of the Bermuda rides with Gideon.
and then that will probably be it for today. I have to take Jack this afternoon for his
annual heartworm test to get the meds refilled.

Yes, the Jessica 5k walk yesterday was one of her new ones.
It was fun an interval based walk with a short recovery before starting the next interval begins.

My Saturday workouts were:
IFit Total Body Boxing Experience which is a boxing & strength workout comprised of rounds
of upper/lower body exercises using weights, core using a med ball and boxing combos using a heavy bag. I've done this one before and really like it. Time is 26 min.

Also did a ski machine workout on my own (21 min.) and finished up with YT-CrossRope Jump Rope & Dumbbells workout which is only about 10 min.
