Good morning Nora, loved your workouts yesterday:
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness - LIVE Rhythm Ride-FREE 60 min Indoor Cycling Workout & Hang Out= 63 Min
KCM 30MTF- CardioFit- Cardio Kickbox- No Dumbbells= 21 Min Nice Mix !

Yes, I have enjoyed going back thru some old dvds, etc.....I am amazed how many different walking, etc
dvds I have acquired over the years (and that's alot of years ! :) )

My Wednesday workouts:

Blender- Total Body Weights & A Little Cardio - 37 min.
Prevention-Kick Start your Metabolism dvd-Chris Freytag= Ab Attack - 15 min. (I enjoyed this, I don't think I ever did anything on this dvd.......It has 3 different 15 min. workouts, and a short express = about 8 min.
on it, all "kickbox" inspired. I have another one of the workouts from it on my agenda later this week...Another fun fact about it is that a "young(er) " Jessica Smith is one of the background exercisers in the workouts! While
I was doing Ab Attack, I kept thinking to myself "gee, she looks like Jessica" but I wasn't sure....until
Chris mentioned "Jessica" a couple times and it was an "aha!" moment !
Jane Fonda- Walk Out dvd- Workout # 1- 25 min. (another oldie !)

Hi Nora, great job yesterday with spinning & Kelly’s Slim Sculpting Lower Body Mix!

I renewed my subscription for a month to Coffeyfit Raw…so hoping to get in a lot of
Kelly workouts…found one in Raw where she uses jump rope…so excited to grab the
ropeless & try it out!

Thursday workouts:

KCM Coffeyfit Raw Tabata Sculpt Ladder (this is the one on Power Split dvd) - 27 min.
Gin Miller - Intro to Ramping Workout - 30 min.
Leslie - 1 mile Booster Walk (used the weighted balls) - 16 min.

ETA: add in today’s CatheLive- Low Impact & Upper Body Express - 32 min. Loved it!

Those are all awesome workouts love the variety from step, passport bike, The Firm Super Cardio Mix, weights w/ Coffey Fit Raw, core , and jump rope. Wow!! that was simply stellar, you are awesome high fives and bravo's WTG!! You are an inspiration, thank you!

ps. Thank you for your kind words. Starting next week as of Monday DH's family are in town in Eugene to help with estate stuff and get whatever they may want to take home with them. This has to happen so we can before we make a final push to have an estate sale. I will be out of town Monday to help with that as I am providing Chilli and Cornbread homemade. I'm not sure beyond Monday if I will be going back and forth or what exactly. I do know for sure Monday I won't be working out or checking in.
