Good afternoon, Linda and Nora! Hope you are having a great Saturday.
Yesterday I did Perfect 30 Upper Body and Upper Body Bonus, Perfect 30 Abs and Perfect 30 Extended Stretch! It was a perfect workout!!!

Ifit skier workout-"Scottie's Notch Hiit Intervals" in Wasatch Mountains, Utah-25 min. (last night)
CoffeyfitRaw "Home Gym Intervals" (treadmill) - 25 min.
Peloton Bike Bootcamp - 30 min.
KCM 30MTF-Sculpting RX dvd-Premix-Workout #1-1set of all exercises - 22 min.

Ready to start my new schedule......:)

Wow, those all sound like fun stuff to me. I hated not workout Saturday,but really needed the rest since I was feeling run down and fighting off a cold. So I rested. I feel a bit better today.

Linda, I'm doing good. An unexpected visit from Ex caused some problems but he's gone now and I'm doing much better.

Had a busy week-end with little time to work out.

20 Shoulder to Overhead (Single DB)
Max Distance Row in Remaining Time

1 x 1 Max Bench Press

Warm-Up Sets
10 w/ Barbell
5@ 50%
3@ 65%
1@ 80%-90%
Ended up with 60 lbs. 5 better than my last from Nov 11th. :)

Going to the beach tomorrow afternoon and taking Friday off to relax.

Linda- Ooh great workout love that one sounds great, nice choice. Ok, I don't do Cathelive or have the blender but I do have XTrain and love every one of those especially Tabatacise as you know.

Good morning girls, good job yesterday Nora with Kelly's Bootcamp & spinning..
I think I prefer Kelly's older workouts to the newer ones.....I am stopping my
Subscription to her Raw workouts, for awhile at least.....most of the workouts
Are way over 30 min. And I tend not to even look at those....so I might sign back
Up down the road....I have plenty of her dvds to get my Kelly "fix" :)

The workout. With Bitgym, you choose which equipment you're using, and
The speed sensor via camera, picks it up, for example, on treadmill, it's steps per minute,
On elliptical & bike, it's RPM's, and on the rowing workouts, it's stokes per
Min. It always amazes me, how the speed sensor in the workouts, using camera,
Matches whatever piece of equipment I am on says....blows my mind....because it's not Hooked to my machine at all......if you stop moving, the workout stops....and you Have to get going again to get it to start again.....
