Fit & Fabulous Workout Warriors

Hi Linda & Nicki

I have to make a brief check in using DH computer so have to make this quick my computer died and have a new one my son will set up and install back old files. Anyways, I do have the new Perfect30 's . I have tried both pump workouts and HiiTs, and I really like them. The only problem I have is my fractured right pinky finger gets difficult trying to use weights with a bad finger and bumping splint etc..

I finished today's workout earlier and will now check in briefly:

YT- Be Up To The Beat- 30 Minute Halloween Dance Workout Mix | SPOOKTACULAR Cardio Sweat Session= 28 Min

Perfect30 Perfect HiiT- Basic Low Impact HiiT+ Pyramid Cardio HiiT Bonus+ Extended Stretch= 47 Min

Jessica Smith- Metabolism Booster-Upper Body Circuit= 36 Min

That's it for me today. I May need to do something else in place of Perfect30 while my finger heals.

Linda, good workout yesterday!
I ended up trying the Perfect 30 Mobility. Some of the moves were awkward for me but I will try it again next week before I say I don't like it. As Cathe said, some of the moves may take a while and they show where you are weak. I agree.

Hi girls, my today workouts began this morning...
Ifit treadmill - "Belmont Ghost Town Walk" in Nevada
Blender - Perfect PHA (new one)

Tonight I did the latest CatheLive, "Halloween Hocus Pocus" and that was a blast. So cute and a good little
workout too, amidst all the fun! I also did one of my new blenders, "Yoga Express"...It was short, but I have
to say that I did enjoy it ! so maybe I will learn to appreciate Yoga after all !. We'll see.....

Nicki, I do think I like the Yoga one over the Mobility one......I have some blenders of Mobility workout that
I made shorter, so hopefully, I can go into it slowly.

Blender - Perfect PHA (new one). Sounds amazing, well done and high fives! Cathe's live Halloween workout sounds like that was a fun workout. A new blender workout for yoga express, Nice.

Nicki- Thank you for your kind words. I will have to be creative, maybe try cardio/circuit workouts with low weights keeping it more metabolic, and spin of course. I'll figure it out.

Hi Nora & Nicki, nicely done with your workouts.

Today, before, during & after cleaning & laundry, I was able to do these workouts:

Ifit "Thunder & Lightning" treadmill bootcamp- 20 min.
Peloton treadmill 80's Bootcamp- 20 min.
Blender - "Perfect Hiit Circuit Lower Body" - 30 min.
Blender - "Perfect Hiit Circuit Upper Body" - 25 min.

Needless to say, I am pretty much worn out!
 
Sunday:

My mix of using Peloton classes to do a 35 min. Cycle Bootcamp:
5 min. Warmup ride
5 min. Arms & Shoulders toning with light weights
10 min. Low Impact Ride
5 min. Glutes & Legs toning
5 min. Cooldown ride
5 min. Total Body stretch (All that was a fun 35 min. Workout)

Next: RowVigor Core Killer workout (rowing & floor core work)
Ifit Studio "Light rows & lower body stretches"
YT- Regatta stretch on rower

Last, but not least, on the treadmill for a Peloton 20 min. Soft Rock Walk

All those were fun workouts!

Hi girls, I added another workout last night, Kelly's 30MTF Bootcamp DVD, Workout 1--hadn't planned it, it just worked out.

Today's workouts:

Blender -"Quick Fix Cardio & Weights 2B---25 min.
Blender - "Large Muscles Circuits " - 25 min.
RowVigor - "Quick Tabata" rowing workout - 10 min.
Bitgym - one section of the Columbia hike on the elliptical - 10+min.
Ifit "Live" treadmill workout - "Quick Hiit Walking Workout" - 25 min.

Only about 1 1/2 hours total, but alot of variety & fun workouts!

Hey ladies! Hope you are both doing well.
Great job on all your workouts since I last checked in.
Sunday I did Perfect 30 Pump Legs, P30 Bonus Abs and P30 extended stretch.
Yesterday I did Perfect 30 Pump Upper Body, Extended Stretch and a gym class.
Today I did XTrain biceps and triceps, Xtrain Core #1, Step Boss Lying Extended Stretch, Expresso Bike for 3 miles and a gym class. I really have to do a better job of posting on the day I do the workouts.

Nora, great job with more Jillian and Kickboxing. What dvd is the timesaver Metabolic Booster from? I like
the time length on that. Is it Cathe or Kelly or someone else?

Tonight I did an older blender- "Step Kickbox Circuits" Most of it is from the CrossTrain Series. Hadn't done it
for awhile and was very uncoordinated on the step tonight for some reason, but got thru it !

Linda- Oh sorry Metabolic Booster is a Jessica Smith dvd I goofed when I typed it in forgot to indicate it was from Jessica Smith. Sorry I've been a bit distracted lately. Nicely done on your workout with: an older blender- "Step Kickbox Circuits" Most of it is from the CrossTrain Series. I have Crosstrain but have not used it in a while.
Maybe I should think about putting that one in the rotation soon. Bravo on your workout it does sound like fun;):cool:

I checked and I do have that one, but my menu is only 2 different 30 min. Walks
With a bonus chair stretch. I didn't see any premixes menu. Indeed, I don't ever
Remember doing these workouts....I must do one soon!

Friday AM I did Workout 2 from Kelly's Home Gym Intervals DVD...I followed Lori
On the elliptical this time.
Friday PM I did the Firm Time Crunch Cardio/Sculpt workout with Allie and
Finished with a one mile walk from Leslie's Walk 15 series.
