Didn't get a workout in yesterday.
Today I did my Saturday morning gym class. It was a cardio and abs workout.

Today due to cleaning, laundry, and downloading this week's CatheLive.

Today for me was
Ifit Time Crunch Cycle Series, Workout #2.
Blender - "Warmups Workout with Barbell"

Happy Saturday!

Linda- Jessica Smith has two different Metabolic workout dvd's.The one I mentioned has a white background, " Metabolism Booster".
The Other is "Walk Strong Boost Metabolism + Muscle, I have them both, love Jessica! Great job on Friday's workout with: Workout 2 from Kelly's Home Gym Intervals DVD,
followed Lori On the elliptical this time. Then on PM did the Firm Time Crunch Cardio/Sculpt workout with Allie, then finished with a one mile walk from Leslie's Walk 15 series.
Bravo and high fives, you are awesome!

Nicki- How are you feeling today? Maybe its a well deserved rest day. Enjoy you definitely earned it.

Trimmed the hedges, edged front and back, put down pine straw, bagged up yard trash and finished with the power blower. Exhausted!

Hi Nora & Nicki, Nora, I love Kelly's Your Best Body dvd. :) Nicki, I don't like yard work at all ! That's great
you can do all that....and want to ... :)

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw "Shadow Boxing with Egg Weights # 1 - 41 min. (I really like this one, it's slower and more
controlled with the punches. Time flies by--doesn't seem like 41 min.

Leslie's Basic Stepping with Walk Aerobics - 30+ min. (This is an OLD VHS......and I mean old, and I think
it's the only step workout that Leslie ever put out.....It's super simple and basic, but I have always liked it
for a basic step workout.... with walking moves thrown in.

I like basic step because I can't catch on to the dancy moves!

20 Hang Power Cleans 115/75 SC 95/55
30 Air Squat

*Hang Power Cleans should be “heavy”, if you can do all 20 unbroken it is too light

Today's workouts:
This AM I did a blender - "Perfect Push-Pull"
Tonight I did latest CatheLive "Metabolic Circuit". I got the download so I did the
Warmup, first 4 Rounds-1 time thru, Biceps Drop Sets, Calf Raises Drop sets, and the stretch making about a 27 min. Workout.
Finished up with Leslie's AHA 20 min. Walk.

Nicki, egg weights are small egg shaped weights that fit in the palm of your hands.
They have rubber grips on them with a finger loop so you can open your hands
Like to stretch your hands and they won't drop. I have the 1lb each pair and
Also the 1/2 lb each pair. The 1/2 lb pair aren't egg shaped really, they are alot
Flatter, and more rectangular shape. They really fit in your hands good. I really
Like them both and use them mostly with Kelly's boxing workouts and she has
Added a lot of egg weight boxing workouts in Coffeyfit Raw app too.

Today I did Perfect 30 Mobility, Step Boss Ab Stacker and Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch. The first time I did the mobility, I really didn't care for it and I hurt the next day. Second time was better and I think it will get better the more I do it. As Cathe says it exposes your weak spots

I had a doctor appointment this morning and a haircut this afternoon so it through off my workout palne for today. I did half of my workout done though and had to scrap the other one.

That's it. It feels so wrong to have such a short workout.
