Hello Linda:)

I hope you are off having the start of a great day. Way to go on a short but fun workout yesterday with the following:
the warm up, first combo & stretch from CatheLive Ready Set Step. Bravo and high fives for getting it done!

I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

Insanity Max 30- Sweat Intervals= 32 Min
Insanity Max 30- Ab Attack= 11 Min
Step Boss- PHA 3= 56 Min

Hi Nora, another Thursday, another workout (s). Tonight I did Coffeyfit Raw Large
Muscle finisher which is legs, chest & back. Also messed with combos in
Ready Set Step again. Kinda tired tonight. Happy Tabatacising tomorrow!

Tonight I did 2 of my downloads, CL Stacked Sets Upper Body (I did warmup,
Round 1 each of chest/triceps, back/Biceps & shoulders with stretch. Also did
The warmup, finished combos & stretch from CL Ready Set Step. I like that one
A lot, but I swear her count is off in that one from time to time...I'm okay as long
As I don't watch, just listen to the beats in the music and instructions, but sometimes when I look at the tv she starts the next combo before the count of
The current one is over, not with the beats in the music, but I end up right on time
With them, so I don't know what the problem is but I have to stay with the music.
Oh well, I know it enough not to have to watch.

I had a mish mosh mix today too....

Elliptical & Rower with Bitgym app

30 min. Step & sculpt circuit mix

Mile 3 from Walk 15 3 mile DVD with the stretch.

Sunday was CL RoadTrip Leg Day (that is the free download)..I did the warmup, Round 4, & Stretch.

Also did a blender workout for Back, Chest & Shoulders.

I didn't work out last night, but had a little extra time this morning so I did a
Tamilee 1mile indoor walk & cd/stretch. Hopefully I can do something else tonight.

Today was a blender, "Cardio Sync" which was the warmups from Cardio Party
And Step Sync & cd/stretch from Sync. That one was fun! Later I did TB toning
With BB & weights.
Yes, the PHA workout I did last night was from the 3 PHA's...mixed them up with
The segments I liked best. I think I have a couple of exercises in it from Lite
Stacked Sets Upper Body too.
