Happy mothers day weekend ladies . I was supposed to do STS D3 legs yesterday but it was thunder & lightening so I decided not to be handling metal weights for an hour in the middle of it. I'm glad I did because I did the workout this afternoon and it was so much more pleasant than my usual late-night workouts. Plus when she said that's the end of STS legs, stay tuned for the conditioning drills, I actually stayed and did the drills. Had it been last night I would have skipped it. I think I'll keep to a Mon, Wed Sat schedule. I felt a LOT of fatigue in my forearms, I guess they need to be built up a bit. I tacked on stretch max, 1st section with no equipment. That really is my favorite cathe stretch. I also like the one at the end of turbo barre.
Tina bummer on no leg DOMS. I guess I didn't realize how bad your DOMS were last week. oddly today the only time my ankle barked was when I was stretching! I hope you're getting in some good rides this weekend . what do your kids do for you for m-day?
