Hola! I'm feeling great today, I ate well all day and still was low on calories. Spot on for sugar and actually hit 100% for iron which is very difficult for me. D7 chest, shoulders and bis today - in the beginning I could bang out 8 pushups on my toes at a time, by the end I was mostly on my knees.
Tina on Wednesday I'm going to add the 100 rep tricep extensions to the end of D8, it'll be my first 100 rep challenge, I haven't done any yet! You mentioned your ride over the weekend was inland, does that mean you're close to the coast? Jealous . I hope your family stress resolves without too much difficulty.
