Explanation of Shipping Delay

Cathe, I have to chime in here and say thank you for all that you do for us too. Sorry that you have to go through some headaches, but in the end it will be worth it. I love the clips, blog and all of the updates that you have done. I feel sorry that you have to go through some of this negativity, but there are plenty of positive people here rooting for you. Keep up the good work Cathe (and seriously, a couple of more days won't hurt us)! :)

Cathe, thanks for keeping us in the loop. I feel bad for you! You must feel so frustrated. I know the DVD's will be shipped out in due course so I'm not going to worry about it one bit. I hope you don't, either.

I say ship out what ever is possible now. If someone didn't order all of the workouts but you have the one's that they did order - send 'em!!

Thanks so much Cathe, for the updates and the attention you have given all of us! We are all very lucky to have found an instructor that is not only dedictaed to providing intense and effective workouts, but an instructor dedicated to providing way better customer service than anyone in the industry!!

Try not to stress about the delay, I know your anxious but it's part of life! All things considered, it looks as though the entire process went pretty darn smooth! This is minor...it's only a few days!

Thanks for keeping us up to date with the shipping. I wasn't figuring until at least Halloween (our special treat) to get the workouts. So whenever I get mine is good for me......just as long as I get them! ;-)

But I'm sorry to hear that you are having such a stressful time when it should be as exciting for you as it is for us. :-(
 
Thanks for the update. While I am anxious to get the only Cathe DVD's I don't have, I am confident they'll be worth the wait. Thanks again Cathe & crew for all your hard work.
 
Good thing for Sony you didn't post their phone number. We could have all made just one call and I bet you would already have Body Max 2 delivered. We would have just jamped up their phone system to the point they would have ran over Body Max 2. I am sure we would all be nice and asking "please hurry up" but just the volume of calls would put the fire under their rear ends.

We want to feel the fire delivered by you, and we have to wait for Sony now, so it would only be fair to allow us to give them some fire. HA HA!}( }( }(
 
Am I the only one who is a little relieved?!? I have a huge day at work on Friday, and if these had shipped on Monday, they may have been here tomorrow, I would have to try one, and then I would have to spend all day in court on Friday trying to explain why I could barely speak!!
