Well girls its that time again...How come when you feel like you have strived to be your best all month long, here comes that 3 or 4 days that you just seem to quit stuffing your face. I mean here I set after shoveling in half the refrigerator and I still am not satisfied. Granted I tried to make healthy decisions but how healthy is it when you are as bloated as you can be and all you can think about is "Is there anything salty in there?"
Why is it that in the few days before your period you can workout so hard and feel great but you also have the appetite of a bear.? Oh well in a few days it will be over and so will the guilt...
