If you pre-ordered either our XTrain 9 pack or 10 pack discount bundle you can now download your purchase from the following links:

With large files like these it is always best to use a wired connection instead of wireless to download your files. If you have problems try downloading a small file like a 100 rep challenge or wait until later at night when server load will decrease.

To download your pre-sale purchase you will need your XTrain pre-sale coupon code that was previously emailed to you. If you can't locate your code you will need to email customer support to have your code sent again ([email protected]).

To download just click on the appropriate link above and then add to cart as if you were purchasing. Then just enter your XTrain coupon code instead of payment. You will receive an email that looks like the image above with all of the links to your XTrain downloads and bonus videos.

If you wish to purchase the XTrain discount bundles you can use these same links, but instead of a code you will need to use a credit card for payment. Individual XTrain videos may also be purchased from our site.

Quick tip for downloaders: the links are reversed in the above message. Also, the users guide downloads very quickly, so if you download that first, you have something to read while the videos are downloading. :)

None of the links are working for me, on my iPad, iMac, or PC. (I purchased the downloads in July)

When I click on the links that say "if you pre-ordered either our XTrain 9 pack or 10 pack discount bundle you can now download your purchase from the following links"

when I click on those links, I am brought to a page to purchase the physical DVDs.

What am I doing wrong?
 
That's exactly what should happen. You just have to then enter your presale coupon code that you were sent instead of a payment. (Im assuming you meant you're taken to a page to purchase the downloads , not DVDs)

thanks, I'm trying it now. However I do not want to down load all onto my iPad....just some. I do want all on my iMac.

Is this a new way you are doing the downloads? I have no memory of this before (I have pre ordered downloads since they first came out a few years ago....) I remember clicking on each one individually....maybe I haven't gotten that far yet.
 
Barbara - Hmmm...not sure what the problem is, since they work for me. The link shows a photo of the bundle packaging, but in read states that you're purchasing downloads. Also the price shows up as $129.00. All I needed to do was put it in my cart, then put the numerical code I was sent back in July in the "discount code" (might have said coupon code or promo code) box, then clicked on the button to update my cart....it deuces the cost to $0, I clicked buy, put in my email address and a second later received an email with the download links (looks like the photo provided by SNM, above.

I hope this helps....I can only imagine how disappointed you must be!
 
It's working now.
what threw me off was that it said I was purchasing physical DVDs but when I put in the download code, it worked.

However, I want to download some of them to my iPad for when I travel. I want all on my iMac, but just a few on my iPad. So I am downloading now on my iMac but I can't on my iPad as it says the coupon code has expired. I thought we had 9 chances, at least with previous downloads we did.

Trixoo, Thanks. I think this is working differently from previous downloads. I've gotten all the previous ones since they started with them.
 
Barbara - how would you download onto your iPad? I've always had to download to my Mac, then sync to my iPad both with Cathe and any other "movies" I wasn't buying directly from iTunes. I'd love to know if there's a faster way!

Do I enter my coupon code in the discount code section on the check-out page? If so, then my code is not working :(. If not, then where would I enter it? BTW, my code is 3 numbers.

I'm sorry to be such a bother :(. I just really want my Xtrain!!!

LOL I don't really know. I was just going to try and download them from the link in my browser window on my iPad. obviously it didn't work! I always back up my downloads onto the memory sticks but those don't plug into iPads. I will have to do it from iTunes I guess but I'm downloading onto the mac side of my iMac (I have it bootcamped so I run windows in one partition and the Mac OS in the other) since I don't have the room on the windows side.
I'll have to fool around with it. I guess I was just assuming that I could download it directly from the link...but I guess not.

I had the same problem at first then realized I was following the link for the 10 pack bundle and I bought the 9 pack. The coupon code goes in the discount code and then zeros out the invoice. My number is 7 digits long.

Have you even able to get your downloads? My code was seven digits like the previous poster mentioned....I hope you can download the videos this evening!

Btw, did you check to make sure you have the right link? They were reversed originally and my code would work either until I realized I was directed to the 9 pack download when I had purchased he 10 pack.

Yup, just as I suspected, I lost my email confirmation with my code :mad:. I went into my Cathe account and pulled up my invoice in which it had a 3 digit code beside the Xtrain order. I thought that was the purchase code! Ha, ha, cruel joke's on me! I'm so angry that I managed to delete that email! I keep all my stuff, which is even more infuriating :mad:. I have emailed SNM for help with my code. Hopefully I get it soon (finger's crossed!!)

Are you sure that old email isn't in your trash? It won't be if you have gmail probably, since igmail only keeps trash 30 days, but most other programs keep it forever.

Ugh, I feel so bad for you, but Cathe's cs is great, so they should get a code to you soon!
 
So sad, please help

This is why I was super leary of the download thing. I went to download my first video, itunes had to close because it messed up, and it suggested I install the update. I updated itunes, my computer restarted, now I cant get back to the link to download the videos. it said my code expired. I cant even click "help desk" like the SNM post recommends because i cant get back to that screen. please help

You're going to love the downloads, but sorry you're having a problem right now. Trying emailing [email protected] for help. Also, you should just have to click on the download link to download the videos, he on, after they've downloaded, go into iTunes, selected " add to library" then select your downloads and voila, they're added to iTunes.

Hope you get your downloads soon!

I am having the same probleme:( It said my code expired too?
