This is why I was super leary of the download thing. I went to download my first video, itunes had to close because it messed up, and it suggested I install the update. I updated itunes, my computer restarted, now I cant get back to the link to download the videos. it said my code expired. I cant even click "help desk" like the SNM post recommends because i cant get back to that screen. please help

That was FAST! SNM customer service is incredible!

For those of you worried about downloads, I've never had a problem. It was my error as I was a little too zealous in cleaning out my email account . I usually keep every receipt, for years even, but of course Xtrain got deleted .

Off to download now!!!! Yipeee!!!!!!!

False alarm . It was not my code SNM sent, it was my ticket # . So I'm still waiting. Hopefully I get it today. Please have finger's crossed for me!

External Hard Drive or Cloud for Downloads

I am kind of amazed that anyone can place a download(s) on a memory stick. You must have a memory stick with a huge amount of storage - and with most downloads coming in close to 1G, that must really cost you something.

If you do a lot of downloads, I highly recommend an external hard drive or some clouded storage (which will cost you if you have a lot of downloads) to store your videos. You can put them on your laptop, etc. and take them off if you have storage issues with your device and they will remain on your external hard drive or the cloud (but take care, external drives can crash and burn too). If your computer/iMac/iPad/iPod crashes at least you will have a place where all your downloads are stored. You can get an external hard drive with at least 2TB of storage fairly cheap. Most ISP's sell clouded storage, but it is not inexpensive.

It is really frustrating to have to find your links from back in the day and start redownloading your workouts if you have issues with your computer. I lost a desktop and a laptop this summer so I have some experience with this and it was very time consuming.

I ordred the DVD's because I think you get more value with less hassle. Forget about that blender too: I succeeded in creating huge files and it crashed on me a lot. Good luck to everyone downloading. Hopefully, those servers can keep up!

I don't have my coupon code, too But I never received it. They tried to send it to me again 1 1/2 months ago, but it didn't work... So excited for Xtrain, I want to download, too.
