CRAZY, STRONG & LOVING IT FOR March 2015

Today I did Body Beast - Build: Shoulders. I like this workout. I wonder why they didn't make a Tempo workout for Shoulders and Legs? That's sort of weird. Or let me guess, there were two Tempo workouts I was supposed to order. I hope not.

I then got on my treadmill and walked a mile.

I'm not feeling too well today I coming down with whatever cold or flu is going around, so I'm not up to do personals. I hope that if anyone worked out today that it was a good workout. Now go have a blessed day.;):cool::D

Today was Body Beast - Tempo: Chest & Tri's. Wow, that was some workout. Again, I'm not to fond of slow rep workouts, but I really felt this. My Chest and Tri's are fried. I'm glad there aren't pushups in these workouts. Cathe seems to be obsessed with pushups. There are ab workouts intermixed in this workout and those were ok, I definitely like Cathe's ab workouts better, they are more women friendly.

Nora - I sure hope you aren't getting the flu. Rest and take it easy for a few days.

Debbie- Awesome workout today with Body Beast - Tempo: Chest & Tri's, sounds like a really great workout. I don't have the temp workouts but I do have them on my wish list. I was to tired to workout when I got up but as I was getting ready for work the urge to workout hit me so after putting my makeup on and doing my hair I decided to do KCM's Start Here Cardio which was only 19 minutes and didn't mess things up.

I squeaked in PS Chest Shoulders & Triceps yesterday and today was Great Glutes. I did the premix of Standing/Plates/Chair and Floor. OW MY BUTT!

Roxie, I didn't feel like working out today either. I really had to push it, and I'm glad I did!

Sorry you're not feeling well, Nora. You should rest/stretch and take a few days off. Lots of fluids!!! Vitamin c!!!

I forced myself to workout today, it wasn't pretty but I got it done. I'm still feeling awful from the cold/flu thing I got.

I am on my third week of Body Beast. I did Build: Back & Biceps. Had a good workout. I used about the same weights as I did last week.

Hi girls:)

I did my workout late this morning, wasn't feeling well but forced myself to do it. I did modify my workout because of extreme coughing I can't run so I skipped running today. I hate this darned cold/flu my sinuses are all goofed up and make me cough when my nose runs making me cough so hard my abs hurt, I missed running today but realized I can't do it while sick so I skipped it. So I did some other workouts.

Here's today's workouts:

KCM 30MTF Trim Down- Kelly's Favorite Mix= 20 Min
MV= 7.50
CB= 205

Total calories burned= 563;)

I forced myself to workout and powered through it reduced to a fevered sweaty mess. I felt a little better after ward but we'll see. Still trying to focus on dialing back my workouts a bit until I'm better.

Debbie- great job BB Build Back & Bi's. Keep up the great work and enjoy BB.

Belinda- Nice job with 21 DF TB cardio, WTG!!!

Today I did Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and did Challenge 1, 2 and 4. I hate challenge 3 so I always skip it. Had a good workout.

50 minutes total, ran 3 miles, burned 350 calories.

Nora - You need to rest. You need to get rid of whatever you have to feel better.

Yes, I do need to rest more and I am scaling back my workouts big time to allow for that. I think I just about got the sinus congestion part beat, now its dealing with the uncontrollable coughing fits its making ordinary things difficult to do. So I can't even run on the TM this week and that bugs me. Oh well, its temporary, right. This week is the last week of 20 Minute Body rotation and then I am done. I plan to pretty much treat next week as a rest and recovery week. I just want to finish this rotation, I hate not finishing stuff. Thanks for asking.

Today was Body Beast Build: Shoulders. I really like this shoulder workout. I don't usually care to work my shoulders, but this one makes me want to work them. Had a good workout and upped my weights a bit. Then I got on my treadmill and walked a mile.

Nora - Glad to hear you will take a rest week next week. I think you need one.

Roxie - Nice workout yesterday!!!

Belinda - Same to you, nice workout!!

Chris - Hope you are doing good. Hope the drama at home is minimal.
