Glad you are enjoying the workout so far that you have done. Lucky 7 is a free bonus w0rkout you should have gotten that came with your set of dvds. The only extra dvd purchase for BB is "Tempo" that one does not come with the basic set 0rder. I'd call whoever you ordered from and explain you didn't get Lucky 7 like you should have. Yes, their is a lot of testosterone beast talk but I was amused by that and it didn't bug me because the workouts are solid, which I loved. Its good stuff, enjoy them Debbie. I know I loved my experience with it and I want to get the Tempo workout too!

I ended up ordering the Tempo workouts last night. Glad I did!!! Can't wait to get them.

Today I did Body Beast - Build: Legs. Had a good workout, my legs will be sore for sure. They were real rubbery when I got done. I walked on my treadmill for 1 miles as well.

Nora - Thanks, I'll call later and see if I can get it. They did say I would get a free DVD if I pain everything up front. I didn't get it.

Nora - I looked through the entire book twice and still don't see the times for these workouts for Body Beast. Can you tell me what page it's on? Thanks!!

Today I did Body Beast - Build: Back & Bi's. Had a great workout, I really liked this one. Those guys are still very annoying, but the workout was great. I skipped the last set of close grip chins and the supine cobra's but other than that, I did the rest and had an excellent workout.

Nora - My book must be different because there is nothing about the workouts in it. On those pages you said it's just about how to figure out how many calories you need to eat and then the recipe part. Weird.

I heard the book was redone because of errors in the original but what gets me is there isn't much info in the book now, just recipes. My book is 92 pages. I bought the set directly through Beachbody.

Debbie- I'm, so sorry you are having difficult time with the book, it does sound like another printing,. I didn't know they had done that. I pmed you except now they call it starting a conversation. I hope you got it, if not I can email it to you, just let me know. My Body Beast Book is 134 pages, huh big difference wow. Congrats on your first BB workout with Build Back and Bi's, that is a great workout and so fun. If you need the rotations for Lean Beast or Huge Beast let me know and I can get it to you. WTG on your BB workout today, yes they are great workouts so excited for you!!! Enjoy!:);):D

Today I did Run Fit and had an excellent workout. Love this workout. I am still so sore from the leg workout I did this week, it was really hard to run that long. I really need to do a stretch workout and may do that tonight.

Workout was 52 minutes, ran 3.25 miles and burned 405 calories. Went 6900 steps.

Today I did Body Beast - Build: Shoulders. Wow, that was a great workout. I loved the combo's and exercises in this one. I did skip the trap work, though, that tends to irritate my upper back. Love it!!! I also got on my treadmill and walked a 1.25 miles.
