CRAZY, STRONG & LOVING IT FOR March 2015

Good Evening,

It's been a nightmare or a week at work so workouts haven't happened but I got my wake up call today Dh and I went to the lake for a little bit and I had my swimsuit on not it's not warm enough to get in the water and I looked like crap in it so time to get to work. I tried to order KCM's new ab workout but I can't remember my password and I haven't received and email for a temp one.

Debbie-sounds like you are enjoying your workouts.

Nora-good job as usual.

Belinda-back to 21 day Fix next week.

Roxie - I love 21 Day Fix :) I will continue with the original 21 Day Fix. Even my husband likes them:D
 
Hi Girls!

It's MIA me again!

I tried to post a few times, but something went wonky with the computer and I couldn't post or sign in.

Mostly the same story here. My 15 year old son continues to go down the wrong path. Very stressful and the main focus of this entire house every day. It's exhausting. My only "break" is work , which is stressful in it's own way. I was also juggling taking care of my 91 year old mom who lives alone, but thankfully she has gotten some help to come to her house which finally kicked in last week.

I've been working on Cathe's March Rotation. I really have enjoyed it, though I haven't even been able to get all those workouts in because of running around, getting headaches, had an ER visit to rule out kidney stones, ...something has been coming up so frequently, it's frustrating there too. There have even been days I have NO desire to work out at all.

It's good to catch up here, I do miss you guys. If anyone wants to connect with me on facebook, you can. I know I'm friends with Belinda , I'm mostly there or in FB groups . You can find me Christine Skowera Smith.

I did KCM's Kickboxing1 after cleaning the house and it felt great.

Chris-sorry you are having so much trouble I have been having alot of headaches lately and I know it's work stress and I feel you on not being in the mood to workout.
 
Hey girls,

Sorry for not checking in this morning. I did do 21 Day Fix at 7 a.m before we visits our kids in DC. All day long I was wondering why my fitbit wasn't counting steps:oops: I always take my fitbit off when I take a shower. Long story short, my fitbit was home while I was in DC:rolleyes: I did walk a lot today. I am just glad I didn't lose it, I really thought I lost it in DC. We did had a great day in DC.

I will catch up on personals tomorrow.
 
Hi again! I made it 2 days in a row!

I did Party Rockin' Step 2 today. Still have a dull headache that went away briefly while working out, but now it's back. Hate them!

Debbie, cool you got Body Beast!!!! I know Sagi is a bit irritating, but I tend to find him funny, he's just a big meathead that likes big muscles. He amuses me.

Nora, from what I've heard 21 Day Fix is a bit on the less intense side than say, Cathe. I've heard the weight loss is all about the containers and food choices. For that reason, I've not got it. Have you looked at clips from it?

Roxie, sorry you're having stress too. It takes a huge toll on how you feel.

Belinda, What do you thnk of 21 Day Fix? How long have you been doing it?

I did 21 Day Fix Yoga today. I will start round 2 tomorrow, just love the workouts.

Chris - 21 Day Fix is a great program, IMO! I just finished the first round (each round is 3 weeks). The workouts are tough and you will sweat. Autumn packs a lot in 30 min, not down time. I did order the 21 Day Extreme with free shipping. I will do Extreme after I am done with the original 21 Day Fix. Hope you headache is getting better.

Today I did Body Beast Build: Legs again. Had a great workout and really feel this one. My glutes are sore. I also did a mile on my treadmill.

Debbie- Awesome workout you did today with Body Beast Build: Legs that is a tough one. I always felt the Body Beast Leg workouts for both Build and Bulk were tough. Its good to do a little walking and stretching on those days is most helpful. Glad you are enjoying the workouts they effective and get the job done. I never had leg Doms unti BB Leg days. Enjoy and have fun Beast Mode On! :):D:cool:

Today I did Body Beast Tempo: Back & Bi's. It was a good workout but I'm not much for the slow reps. I did feel it, though. Also, I wish they didn't have pullups in these workouts, I just cannot do those anymore. I tried using my tubing but just didn't feel much using it.

Today I did Cardio Coach #1 and had a good workout. Got some good steps in with this one. Yesterday I didn't even make 7k. :(

Chris - So sorry to hear you are still going through stuff with your son. I wish he would just wake up. He's really going to regret it all once he gets old enough to figure it out. Then it might be too late.

Hi All...

Today was supposed to be an hour of solid cardio, but I didn't have the time. I instead did RWH Low Impact HiiT #2. I hadn't done that one in a while, so it was fun!

Belinda and Roxie, Looks like you're enjoying 21 Day Fix! Very cool!! Are they all 30 minute workouts?

VERY neat to see you doing weights with Body Beast, Debbie. I always thought of you when I started doing BB. SEems like your cup of tea!

Nora, What is Brett Hoebels 20 Min Workouts? Are they new or online? Sounds like you're having fun with them.

And, yeah, one day my son will realize how much he's effed up his life. I pray that time comes soon. Before too much damage is done. I'm very stressed and anxious, in spite of being on an anti depressant. Plus counseling. We are taking him before the Juvenile Court judge on April 13 for stealing my checks and trying to cash them. He just doesn't realize how hard core this is going to be. It kills me to do this, but I know I have to. :(
