Cardio Coach Volume 2- My shorter short Mix= 20 Min
MV= 8.50
CB= 232

Distance in Miles On Stationary Bike= 6.03

Brett Hoebel's 20 Minute Body- 30 Hi/ 30 Lo= 29 Min
MV= 9.40
CB= 372

Total calories burned= 604;)

I caved and ordered 21 Day Fix Original and the 21 Day Fix Extreme from Mary yesterday. I also pre-ordered KCM's two new workouts she just finished filming. I can't wait for my 21 Day Fix & Fix Extreme to get here, I am so excited.

Debbie- Awesome workout with BB Build Shoulders that is a great workout. I really enjoyed all of the BB workouts. I don't own Tempo disc but I do have it on my wish list. Its had some great reviews others have said it is worth the extra purchase and wish it had been included with the base package. Wow, you did that then did a mile walk on the TM sounds like a killer workout girlfriend WTG!! You Rock!!!:D:cool:;)

Today I did Body Beast - Build: Chest & Tri's. I went up with my weights and really felt it. I like this workout. I also did the Beast Abs but only did half of it because I ran out of time. What I did I liked. Good exercises.

Roxie - Another great workout!!! How is your job going?

Nora - Dang girl, I can't even imagine how many DVD workouts you must have. LOL!! You go!!!!

Belinda - Nice going!!! I'll have to look into these "Fixed" workouts. :)

21 DF Pilates is done :) I walked 20K yesterday:p I was beat last night:( I doubt I will aim for 25K any time soon:D

Debbie - glad you enjoy BB :) DH and I enjoy 21 DF. Workouts are short and sweet :)

Nora - how many workout dvd's do you have, LOL? Did you buy the combo set? or individually sets ?

Roxie - nicely done yesterday.

I had the worst nights sleep got a new pillow yesterday can't say I like it.

Debbie-the job is hectic and stressful but it's a paycheck. Nice job on the wts and good job doing your abs.

Belinda-I am going to try those workouts again once I get back in the groove of working out thats why I went back to KCM.

s. I decided to get 21 Day fix and Fix Extreme because I really need to get help with nutrition and get that dialed in. I've been trying to out train a bad diet and need to learn proper clean eating and portion sizes. I feel 21 Day Fix & Fix Extreme address this. Also I wanted to get some workouts that would be doable for my DH because I want us both to get healthy and fit. So that's why I decided to cave on 21 Day fix. I figured we would start off with Original 21 Day Fix. I though fix Extreme would be fun and doable for me since I'm used to Cathe and intense workouts. I hear Fix is tough too but can be modified and I love the idea of 30 Minute workouts which is very doable. I just got a shipping notice so I'm so excited!

Belinda- Nicely done today with 21 DF Pilates and a 20K walk, Wow!! You go girlfriend!:) I ordered the Combo 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme from Mary. It worked out cheaper to buy the combo from her rather than to buy each program separately and shipping. :)

Roxie- Sorry your pillow is not working out for you sleepwise. Maybe return it or try another type of pillow. Please get some rest and take care.;)

Nora - when I bought the 21DF Extreme shipping was free. I didn't like the combo because you only get one set of containers. I think, I drove Mary nuts with the container and price difference. Since shipping was free for me, it didn't made any sense to order the combo at that time. I love 21 DF:D I think you like it too :) The containers are tiny:( Depending on how much you weight that's how much containers you can eat. It really teaches you to eat clean, not junk food:D and no sweets. Nice job on your workout today.
 
Today I did Cardio Coach #3. I was supposed to do Build: Legs but my right knee is bugging me. I thought I'd skip that this week. I had a great workout, though. I was soaked when I got done.

Workout was 40 minutes, ran 2.25 miles and burned about 266 calories. My calorie burns seem really low, not sure why? Oh well.

Today's Cardio Capoeira workout concluded Brett Hobel's 20 Minute body rotation, and it was awesome. I lost 10 pounds and 2 inches off waist and 2 inches off my hips. So it was effective. Although the last three weeks I've been sick so if I'd been well I'd probably had even better results but hey you work with what you got so, all in all I'm happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this program its fast, fun, challenging and effective.

Belinda- Great job with 21 Day Fix Dirty 30 today! Mine is on its way and I can't wait, so fun. Have a blessed day!:);):cool::D

Well, I'm in my recovery week after finishing 20 Minute Body rotation. I thought I'd try to have a short run on the Treadmill since I haven't done it for a week or so.

Here's today's recovery workout:

Cardio Coach Volume 1 my other short Mix = 28 Min
MV= 9.20
CB= 352

Warm up, SS1, Challenge 1, Challenge2, Steady state 2, Cool Down.
Distance in Miles= 2.40 miles.

Today I did Body Beast - Bulk: Chest. Loved it, especially how short it was! But very intense. Only complaint I have is they went way too fast with some of they very heavy sets. I went at my own pace and had to pause the video for a few. No big deal. That was was a great workout, though. I then got on my treadmill for 2 miles.
