CRAZY, STRONG & LOVING IT FOR FEBRUARY 2015

Good Evening,

I didn't workout this morning woke up not feeling well at all my nose wouldn't stop running couldn't breathe and my throat was scratchy but I did alot of walking at work since half the staff decided not to show up.

Debbie-doesn't sound like a fun time.

Belinda-I have the fitbit one.

Today I did a Leg workout on my own and I had a great one! My legs were really feeling it. Then I got on my treadmill and did a fast paced incline walk for a mile.

This is what I did with my leg workout:

Squats - 45# - 2 sets/12 reps (warmup)
Squats - 65# - 3 sets/10 reps
Leg Press Station - 135# - 3 sets/10 reps
Calf Raises - 135# - 2 sets/20 reps
Elevated Deadlifts - 55# - 3 sets/12 reps
Static Lunges - 12's - 2 sets/10 reps

Belinda or Roxie - One of you asked if my Fitbit lost track sometimes and I really don't know. I'm sure it's not 100% accurate. I know when I type at my desk at work sometimes it registers a step. When do dishes - same thing. They aren't perfect, but at least they give you an idea of how active you are in a day.

Roxie- Sorry you're not feeling well, I can understand not working out. Feel better ASAP!!!

Yes, I'm trying hard to get healthier with eating and exercise and making good healthy choices I got room to improve. I got my DH eating better and exercising too. He wanted a workout program that would be short and really work him out good so that's why I first started looking into 20 Minute Body from Brett Hoebel. I found out about it on videofitness forum and checked it out. I really liked what I saw and like Brett Hoebel and I find I like HiiT style or athletic moves and or martial arts based moves workouts. So this one hit all those right notes and I am really enjoying it. I like to use it as an add-on to whatever else I have planned. Let me tell you these workouts will make you sweat, breathless and get the good kind of sore that lets you know you are working those muscles. Its really good stuff and my DH likes it too. The warm up is approximately 4 minutes, and the cool down is about that too. Those are each separate, the actual workout is 20 minutes approximately. I always do the warm up and cool down with the workouts its just so important and can prevent injuries. Its good stuff and I'm glad I purchased and helps to excuse proof workouts for when you think you don't have time. Now if I can just get a job would be great. After being a stay at home mom for 19 years its tough for even starting out level. My job experience is 20 years old and employers here say that is all non verifiable since those places were all in another city and those businesses no longer exist. I'm so discouraged right now and need help, so if you can please keep good thoughts or prayers for me. Thank you!

Still having sinus issues and wake up with a headache every morning but I need to stop using that as and excuse I have to buy a dress for the wedding and I want it to look good when pictures are taken. I did KCM TLC Boxing this morning and I will do planks later.

Nora-you are and amazing person and I want to eat more like you.

Belinda-enjoy your walk today its suppose to be 66 here today it was 70 yesterday but its really windy.
 
Hi everyone! This morning I did Cardio Coach #3 and had a really good workout. This one and CC#1 are the perfect timed workouts for me in the early mornings. Love them!!

Workout was 40 minutes, ran 2.3 miles and burned 346 calories,

I did KCM Body Shop 1 this morning. DH and I went for a 3 mile bike ride yesterday sincevot was still warm.

Today I did an upper body workout on my own. I did Chest, Biceps and Triceps. Had an excellent workout.

This is what I did:

Barbell Chest Press: 55# - 2 sets/12 reps (warmup)
Barbell Chest Press: 65# - 1 set/10 reps; 70# - 2 sets/8 reps
Incline Dumbbell Press: 25's - 3 sets/12 reps
Incline Dumbbell Flyes: 25's - 3 sets/10 reps

Barbell Curls: 35# - 3 sets/12 reps
Alternate Hammer Curls: 15's - 3 sets/10 reps
Reverse Dumbbell Curls: 12's - 3 sets/10 reps
W's: 8's - 3 sets/12 reps

Close Grip Bench Press: 45# - 1 set/10 reps; 50# - 2 sets/10 reps
Lying Triceps Extensions: 12's - 3 sets/12 reps
Cross Body Extensions: Green Band - 3 sets/15 reps each side

That's it. Took an hour. Loved it!!!!

You all had great workouts yesterday! Sorry I haven't had time for personals.

RWH - Low Impact Hiit One is done. I don't know if I mention it here? Tracey Mallet is having a 60 Day Challenge for $177 :( You get 10 workout (they all digital/no downloads) and a eating program. I was doing her IGNITE workout and really liked it. But I can buy so many different workout programs for $177:DToday is the last day to sign up. What do you think? :p

Thanks for passing along the info but I think I'll pass I do like her though, that does seem like a lot of money to me, I'm not able to get it, sorry. But hey if you do that is great and have fun with it. I'm kind of like you I'm getting to the point #1 can't afford it, #2 don't really have a need for it, and #3 some of them I physically can not do. I was able to get on my treadmill when I got home from work and walked 2 miles. I wanted to get my 10,000 steps in today. I sat a lot at work so I wanted to get moving. I got my 10,000 steps in!!!!

This morning I did a Cardio Coach mix from Candace. Had a great workout. Sweated like crazy.

Workout was 46 minutes, ran 2.8 miles and burned about 388 calories.
