CRAZY, STRONG & LOVING IT FOR FEBRUARY 2015

Good Evening,

I did KCM Start Here Total Body Sculpt using only 5lb wts and want to do it again this week with heavier wt it was a good workout.

Today I did an upper body workout on my own. I did Chest & Triceps. Had a good workout.

This is what I did:

Dumbbell Press: 15's - 2 sets/16 reps (warmup)
Dumbbell Press: 25's - 3 sets/10 reps
Incline Dumbbell Press: 25's - 3 sets/12 reps
Incline Pushups: 3 sets/10 reps

Close Barbell Bench Press: 45# - 3 sets/12 reps
Lying Tricep Extension: 12's - 3 sets/12 reps
Overhead Tricep Extension: 25# - 3 sets/10 reps

Then I got on my treadmill and walked a mile.

Sorry I haven't had time for personals. I'll try to get to them soon. Been extremely busy.

Today I did a mix of Cardio Coach #1 and #3. I love mixing those two together. Had an excellent workout.

Workout was 39 minutes total, ran 2.25 miles and burned 345 calories.

Looks like you are all kicking butt!! Nice job everyone!

Roxie- Good job on yesterday's StudioSweat Spin Part 1. WTG girlfriend!! Did you happen to see Kelly's post yesterday to her facebook page about her two new dvd's she'll be filming the end of March. I will copy and paste her post for you here below.

Its that time again...I'm filming 2 more DVDs at the end of march.

DVD #1: 30-Minutes to Fitness "Cardio Pump" has 2 different workouts. 30 minutes fun and upbeat Boxing thats totally engaging and 30 minutes of Pyramid weight training...my way, with only 3 pairs of dumbbells..
* I am excited that my 2 original background exercisers have returned for these fun-packed and effective workouts...So happy to have Lauren Titterington and Kris Raimondo back on film with me!

DVD #2: 30-Minutes to Fitness "Circuit Training"...I am actually looking for a different name for this one so if you have any ideas please let me know. If I use a name that someone suggests to me, I will give that person a free copy.

This DVD has 2, 30 minute Circuit training workouts that are definitely challenging, but not dreadful or boring! There are four different segments in a single circuit; Hi/Low cardio drills, Boxing Combos, weighted leg moves and upper body strength training. This is Smart Training for the intermediate to advanced exerciser!

Any name suggestions?

P.S. I also have a DVD coming out that is a basic compilation of my favorite abs from previous DVDs. 30-Minutes to Fitness" All About Abs" will be released soon for those who want a DVD of my ab segments only.

Today I did an upper body workout on my own. I did Biceps & Shoulders. Had a great workout. Should have done an ab workout, too, but totally forgot!!!

This is what I did:

Barbell Curls: 35# - 3 sets/10 reps
Hammer Curls: 15's - 3 sets/12 reps
Alternate Dumbbell Curls w/Twist: 12's - 3 sets/16 reps
Barbell Reverse Curls: 25# - 3 sets/10 reps

Overhead Dumbbell Press: 15's - 3 sets - 12/11/10 reps
Upright Rows: 35# - 3 sets/10 reps
Lateral Raise: 10's - 3 sets - 10/12/12 reps
Scarecrows: 5's - 3 sets/10 reps

It is so cold here. It is -14 and that doesn't include the windchill. I wish spring would get here, I am so tired of this deep freeze crap.

both workouts are done! This was my last XT weight workout :D Love the entire program. Glad I did it. Not sure, what I will do next week? Maybe I will do Cathe's RWH?

Belinda- Yes, I think I will likely order Kelly's two new ones when the pre-order is up. I have all of hers and Cathe and KCM are my faves and go to workouts. I like KCM's style, and enjoy the workout time lengths as they are not too long, and Love all the premixes too, its more bang for the buck. FYI great job on today's workout with XT Bic & Triceps and SBF. I love XTrain and find that RWH is a great workout too. I love the intensity and shorter times on many of them and the premixes I always love the variety and times on those too. I have the entire RWH and do recommend it. If you like STS and you like intense but shorter cardio this is for you. Also RWH upper body and lower body circuit are different than any other circuit I have done because it utilizes contrast training so that means you get more intensity and benefits with it. Its awesome, love RWH. Great workout today and enjoy whatever new rotation or workouts you plan to do. Well done girlfriend!;):)

No workout today I had to work and then just crashed. My 21 day fix set arrived Wednesday so going to start it Monday.

Nora-I did see KCM's FB page and the Pyramid one is the one I have been interested in since she mentioned it a couple of months ago.
