I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

Brett Hoebel's 20 Minute Body- Cardio Capoeira= 34 Min
MV= 8.75
CB= 406

KCM 30 Min to Fitness-Athletic Conditioning- Stretching workout = 26 Min
MV=4.50
CB= 160

Total calories burned= 566;):)

Belinda- Nice workout today with 21 Day Fix Dirty 30 and SBF Active Stretch, way to start your day off feeling fabulous! High fives!!!:D:cool:

Roxie- Hi! WTG with 21 Day Fix Dirty 30. I'm glad to hear you are liking 21 Day Fix and the containers help. Best of luck to you on that. I've been eyeing 21 Day Fix as well just the original one. So how was dirty 30 as a workout? Take care and keep warm.

Nora-Dirty 30 was tough its lt and heavy wts used in and interesting way almost compound moves. The one thing I don't like about the workouts is the instructor doesn't do all the moves she walks around showing you other people.

So I was watching the infomercial about Body Beast and ordered it!!! I cannot wait to get it!! I got it for only two payments of $19.95 so I don't think $40 is bad for that series. I'm excited!!
