CRAZY, STRONG & LOVING IT FOR FEBRUARY 2015

Today I did an upper body workout on my own. I did Back, Shoulders and Abs. Had an ok workout, not my favorite body parts to work.

This is what I did:

Barbell Row: 50# - 3 sets/10 reps
Pullovers: 30# - 3 sets/10 reps
Bent Over Delt Flyes: 12's - 3 sets/12 reps

Barbell Overhead Press: 35# - 3 sets/10 reps
Upright Rows: 25# - 1 set/12 reps; 30# - 2 sets/12 reps
Lateral Raise: 8's - 3 sets/14 reps
Scarecrows: 5's - 3 sets/10 reps

Then I did the bonus Abs #1 from Ripped HiiT. I like that ab workout with the 8# weight, it's fun.

Brett Hoebel's 20 Minute Body- BPS- Stretch & Recover only= 10 Min
MV= 5.0
CB= 68

Total calories burned= 757:cool:

I have been working alot of hours this week so I have been really tired and haven't worked out much but tomorrow we go back to a normal schedule so plan on a workout in the morning.

Today I did a Leg workout on my own and I had a great one! My legs were really feeling it. Then I got on my treadmill and did a fast paced incline walk for a mile.

This is what I did with my leg workout:

Squats - 60# - 3 sets/10 reps
Leg Press Station - 145# - 3 sets/10 reps
Calf Raises - 145# - 2 sets/20 reps
Elevated Deadlifts - 55# - 3 sets/12 reps

Distance= 3.12 Miles My legs just not that into it today so I did my best.

I forgot to mention I bought the 21 Day Fix this morning I have seen the informecial 2 times this week and I like the workouts that go with this system and as you all know from myfitnesspal I don't eat enough so I am hoping it helps with that and get more fruits and veggies in.
 
Today I did Run Fit and had a great workout. That one is my all time favorite workout, I think - including all of Sean's workouts. I just love this one by Candace. I really wish she would have made more.

52 minutes total, ran 3.25 miles and burned 439 calories.

I'm down one more pound - total of 9 lost since Jan. 1st. I have one more pound to go to reach my goal!! I've been trying to get rid of these 10# for three years now. They are almost finally gone! Woo hoo!!!! :)

Today should have been weights but my upper back is feeling weird so I just got on my treadmill and did a fast paced inclined walk. I was on my treadfmill for 50 minutes, walked 2.5 miles and burned 325 calories. I figured I went 6014 steps.

Now tell me, how is it yesterday my workout was mostly running, it was 52 minutes, I ran for 3.25 miles and only went 6340 steps? I don't get it. The only thing I could possibly figure is my battery was dead this morning so maybe it wasn't counting right, but I doubt it.

Oh well....

Yesterday ended up being a rest day :) Today I will do Super Cuts and SBF. I am in the last week of the XTrain rotation.

Debbie - congrats on your weight loss :) That's fantastic! What did you do differently? Good job on your run this morning. Check your history with your steps.
