I did KCM's Circuit Burn 1 and CK25 WK1 D1 still need to do planks but I am having pain in my mid back and between the shoulder blades so we shall see. Do any of you know which LIS series or Xtrain workouts are like DM Cardio Blasts?

Debbie-I think you will like PiYo just remember its not a very big calorie burner.

Debbie- Awesome that you ordered PiY, I think you'll love it. The first workout on their is align and its a good intro to the system and moves if you aren't familiar starts you off at the beginning. I have only used that workout 1 time but the others I have used alot and plan to use often on a regular basis because they make me feel great no pain, love that. It also really works strength using body weight its all good and love the stretch. FYI PiYo is not a big calorie burner but it is awesome to stretch, lenghten and strengthen muscles all over legs, core, and upper body. Its really a great injury prevention/recovery and almost a therapy kind of workout if that makes sense.

Roxie- WTG and high fives on your workout today with KCM's Circuit Burn 1 and CK25 WK1 D1. To answer your question I would think XTrain I'd think were All Out Low Impact, SuperSets, and maybe a premix of Tabatacise or try a premix of any of those. I hope that helps. Now for LIS, I can only think of After Burn off the top of my head. You'll have to see if any of those suggestions seem to fit what you are looking for. Good luck have fun and a blessed day!:);)

No workout today, I had to be at work by 7:00. Not sure what I could have done anyways, now my left knee is really hurting. I can't win. I ordered PiYo, hopefully those workouts will be easier on my knees. I hope I like them.
 
Today I walked on my treadmill for 45 minutes. Went 2.25 miles and worked up a good sweat. My knee still hurts. Oy!!!

Good morning,

I had my 2nd root canal this morning. I am forced to take a rest day, doctors orders:) The doc wants me to take it easy for the next 2 day's, we see about that, lol. I also have an infection on my gum lines, go figure! The doc said it's from the root canal, dah?

Hopefully I will be back tomorrow.

Debbie- Good job on your 45 Min treadmill walk today, sorry that your knees are hurting. I think you'll really enjoy how you will feel with PiYo.
I know from my own experience with it that I always feel great after PiYo. I find that for myself when I do Cardio Coach and do a TM Run my knees often hurt after it, but when I o PiYo particularly PiYo Define Lower Body really seems to loosen everything up and feels amazing and no pain. So I take that to mean that for me t hat my hamstrings are too tight. It seems that for me PiYo seems to be the medicine that rights the wrongs and takes away the pain drug free. I love that, and for that I will find away to fit it in everyday or nearly everyday because I need it and not the pain. I hope that PiYo willl help you too. Good Luck & Enjoy! Have a blessed day.

Nora - thanks for asking about my tooth. I am taking it easy. I am on antibiotics for the infection, I have an infection in my gums from the root canal . Tooth hurts off and on. It's not as bad as last month. Fantastic job on your workouts yesterday.

Roxie - hope you had fun at your new job yesterday.

Debbie - I can't wait what you think of PiYo. I love the workouts!

Not sure, what I will do today? Haven't looked at my calendar yet? Yesterday I played catch up with Jessica Smith (everything was low impact) and SBF LB barre workout (also low impact).

I will be back after my workout. Have fun today.
