Crazy, Strong and Loving it for November 2014!!

Today I decided to do Pyramid Upper Body and had a great workout. This is what I did:

Chest Flies and Press - 12's/15's/20's/15's/12's (12/10/8/10/12 reps)

Pullovers - 12#/15#/20# (did not go back down, this one bothers my upper back)
Double Arm Row - 12's/15's/20's (did not go back down, same as above)

Rear Flies/Lateral Raise/Front Raise - 3's/5's/8's/5's/3's (12/10/8/10/12 reps)

Kicbacks - 3's/5's/8's/5's/3's (12/10/8/10/12 reps)
Overhead Press - 10#/12#/15#/12#/10# (12/10/8/10/12 reps)

Hammer/Traditional Curls - 8's/10's/12's/10's/8's (12/10/8/10/12 reps)

Done with JS Fall Challenge D5 TB Chisel + Burn = 30 min + Sole Sculpt = 20 min. What a sweat fest!

Debbie - fantastic job on your weight workout.

Belinda-good job with your workout. I cancelled my pre-order I just don't need them and I know KCM is thinking about doing a pyramid style Muscle Up.
 
Roxie - yesterday I order this series twice :oops::D http://www.groupon.com/deals/kettlebell-kickboxing-1. I was like you, I really don't need anymore workout dvd's. I hardly get around with the once I haveo_O And the more I read about these workouts, the more I really don't want them. I really don't like Hiit workouts that much, except Turbo Fire. Good job this morning. Keep me posted on KCM new dvd.

Debbie- Wow girlfriend you did Pyramid Upperbody today, that is some tough stuff! Those sneak up on you on the pyramid downs oh boy do they ever get ya good. ITs a great workout that is so awesome and good to revisit. Nice weights, those are what I would use as well. It still kicks my butt no matter how often I do it or even after STS it still humbles me. I didn't have time to post this morning. I got on my treadmill and did a fast paced walk on a 2% incline for 40 minutes. Had a pretty good workout and it went by fairly fast.

Please say a prayer for my little kitty Spaz. He's not been well and I think we are going to take him to the vets tomorrow. He isn't eating and throws up quite often. The throwing up has been happening pretty much since we got him, but it comes and goes. What worries me is he isn't eating and usually nothing stops him from eating.

Sorry I haven't checked in, things have been crazy. My kitty is doing well, we ended up not taking him to the vets because he seems to be fine, now. I don't know why he throws up so much but he hasn't now since last Wednesday night. We think he ate something that he should have again. I wish he'd stop doing that.

No workout for me today since I'm getting my knee looked at. I'll update you all tomorrow about what happened. Please send me good wishes.

I am in Washington DC visiting my kids. Yesterday my DD and I went to DC for cooking convention at the National Convention Center. We saw Bobby Flay. We had so much fun. Today is my husbands birthday.
