I did read your post from last night. I think if you try PiYo you will really like it. Its not like traditional yoga or pilates but is its own thing, I really like it. Chalene created PiYo because of her own need to do a workout to help recover from the impact of cardio she does and to restore strength and flexibility. I have read that a lot of people have tried it to recover from workout related injuries and really fell in love with it. Its feels like a great compliment to whatever workout I'm doing. Sadly, I wasn't able to fit it in today's workout but I will do it tomorrow for sure especially since I did a Cardio Coach workout on TM and ran today. Yep, my knees are letting me know I forgot to do something to help them. If you want to check out video clips of PiYo you can find them on You Tube or maybe Beach Body has them. BTW nice job on
STS Total Body today. I think STS is an excellent weight workout and is very thorough but I always hated using BB since mine has the spinning locks not the spring clips so it took forever to set up and would take me about 30 minutes longer to do workout with weight changes than what its says it does. When I got Les Mills Pump from BB I got their BB weight plates and had to purchase my own spring clips. The ones that can in the BB kit were not spring lock kind but a different one that would always arrive broken. I really love the BB padded BB and weight plates that have hand holds to use as weights or for the BB's so I use those and the spring clips I got. I got the complete PiYo set the basic plus the two advanced that use the plastic dis that looks like Cathe's yellow plate style used in Low Impact Series and other workouts. They are all great workouts and do strength, stretch and work on flexibility. Great job on today's workout way to get it done girlfriend!

Roxie- Nice workout yesterday with KCM Cardio Quick Fix 1. I know what you mean its not a big calorie burner but its still good. I do as you mentioned either do workouts 1 & 2 or I choose one of the premixes. Still its great to get the workout in no matter what you do. Thanks for sharing your thoughts from your experience with Slim Sculpting from KCM. Did you get her Athletic Training workout as well? If so, let me know what you think. Belinda- Great job on your Friday workout of SBF Adv. Barre Fire = 35 min and JS KB Ballett = 35 min plus Concentrated Abs from the dvd = 26 min. Nice workout there girlfriend, way to take charge of your Friday and show it who's boss. Great stuff today, now go have a blessed and fab Friday!
