CRACY, STRONG AND LOVING IT January 2016 - January 2020

Hi ladies!

Today I did Cathe Live All About Legs. Liked the variety in this workout, but I thought it was going to be tougher for as long as it was.

Debbie-I am so sorry to hear about your cat. It sounds like he may be in pain which could explain attacking your other cat. I would say make an appointment with the vet to have him checked out and see what the vet says. It may just be your cat's time, but I know just how hard it is to make that decision. Please keep us posted on what happens.
 
Today I did another workout from RIPT90 - Hard Core Chest. Excellent workout and my HR got up there a bit more with this one. Broke a small sweat. The warmups in these workouts are awesome.

Each Group below was done in superset fashion:

GROUP 1
Pushups
- 6 reps
Planks - 30 second hold
6 sets of these all in a row, no rest

GROUP 2
Dumbbell Chest Press
- 30's/6 reps
V-Sit Isolation Hold - 30 seconds
6 sets of these all in a row, no rest

GROUP 3
Chest Fly
- 12's/reps
Twisting Crunches (Russian Twist) - 8#
6 sets of these all in a row, no rest

So with Group 3 I was going to do the flyes with 25's. Yea, no. These you do laying on the floor with your arms stretched all the out touching the floor. You lift the weights and do the fly and then go all the way down again. It's hard to get the weight up once its all the way down on the floor. So no way I could do 25's.

BONUS
Burpees
- 25 but I only did 10
I actually did these but my knees really felt it when I came up and jumped. I did as many as I could and I think 10 is about what I did.

Workout was 35 minutes, Avg HR was 80, Max was 122. Burned 78 calories. Really?

Walked on my treadmill on a 3% incline for 1 mile.

Thanks about my cat everyone. He's only 7, that is what makes this so hard. I'm going to see if he gets better (I know, pushing off the inevitable) but yesterday and this morning he was rolling around the floor and playing with his toys. It breaks my heart. We also use these diffuser oils that calm cats down and we realized they were out. They seem to get agitated when those oils are empty and they all have been acting weird. I ordered more from Amazon and should get them today. I hope those help. We will see. He's my baby, I cannot stand the thought of putting him down. :(

Debbie- Great job on your RipT90 FiT workout today of Hard Core Chest, glad you enjoyed the workout. I did finish previewing all of them and I do agree the warm ups are awesome. There is a bonus stretch dvd that is great to and its about 11 oe 12 min but a nice stretch. Also great job getting in a 1 mile walk on TM and getting your sweat on with a 3% incline walk. WTG with your workouts today, high fives!!!:):cool::D Also hugs regarding your fur baby, I hope he is feeling better.

Hey girls,

Today's workouts: Chiseled Cardio + 15 in Glte Chisel. I also did Zcut KB#1 +4 (tomorrow will be a busy day). Oh, I also walked.

Tomorrow my kids are coming and taking me out for my birthday. we will have lunch in DC :) I will try to be back tomorrow if not Friday. My kids will stay until Sunday.

Today I did a 1-mile walk with Jessica Smith on YouTube at lunch; Cathe Live Upper Body with Core Express and a 1-mile upper body circuit walk with Jessica Smith again after work. Excellent Live workout! Low reps=heavy weights=sore!!

Great job today everyone!

Debbie-I hope the oils help. Playing with toys is always a good sign. I'm hoping for the best!
 
Today I did Cardio Coach 5 and had a great workout. My HR was up there with all the challenges which was good to see. Every time I looked at my FB it showed 160-171 bpm. Cool. It felt like I was there, too. Had a good run.

Workout was 54 minutes, ran 3.35 miles, burned 390 calories (TM said 533) and went 7202 steps.

I don't think I'll be able to work out tomorrow so if I don't, you all have a great weekend!

Belinda - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Hope you have a great birthday with your kids!
