Yesterday I did HC Chisel Total Body and today was supposed to be Hammer Plyometrics, but I was missing Cathe , so I did RWH low impact HiiT #2.

Nora, I'm still having lower back pain too, I see my doc on Tuesday, hope I can get some answers. It's frustrating!!
