Today I did a quickie, I had a late night last night and slept later. So it was good I had a choice of The Masters Cardio. Quickie 16 minute interval. Then I did some back stretches.

T25- Alpha- Speed 1.0= 25+CD= 28 Min

Total calories burned = 729:)

I ate some pizza so I had to fit in another workout to burn some of that off. I added on to my previous workouts with :

Leslie Sansone- 5 Boosted Miles- 1 Mile Walk = 15 Min

Hi ladies!

I was back on track today! Got some extra sleep and felt so much better.

Today I did Chisel Balance (oh, those darn rows/pistol squats!) from H&C and Resistance 2 from 22MHC.

Running late tonight, will catch up with everyone tomorrow.

Today I did Pure Strength Back & Biceps and had a great workout. I missed working out yesterday, I didn't even make 10,000 steps yesterday being in meetings all day. :( So it felt good to get back at it. This is a fun workout.

T-Bar Rows w/u – 25#/16 reps
T-Bar Rows – 45#/3 sets/10 reps
Bent over Rows – 55#/3 sets/10 reps
One Arm Row – 25#/3 sets/10 reps
Shrugs – 25's/2 sets/20 reps

Barbell Curl – 35#/2 sets/10 reps
Seated Alt. Hammer Curls – 12's/24 reps
Seated Sweep Curls – 12's/24 reps
Negative Curls – 35#/2 sets/10 reps
Concentration Curls – 15#/2 sets/12 reps

I also walked on my treadmill for a little over a mile.

Nora - I don't think eating pizza is going to hurt you, you workout so much and burn so many calories every day. But nice job on doing two workout sessions yesterday!!!

Roxie - Nice job getting in planks and a walk. It's always nice to just do something.

Belinda - Great job with Xtrain. I need to pull those out again. Love those workouts.

Hi all!

Today I did Max Hammer Strength from H&C and Core 2 from 22MHC. I am proud of myself - for the first time ever I did dumbbell chest presses with 35 lb dumbbells. Woohoo! It was a little tough getting in position with them, but once I got going, I made it through the 8 reps.

Debbie-nice job with Pure Strength and your walk. You had some pretty serious weight there!

Nora-looks like you had a double dose of fun with that RWH workout. Good job!

Belinda-I've always been curious about Pop Physique. Did you enjoy it?

Roxie-nicely done with more CLX. Great weights!

Chris-are you enjoying Hammer & Chisel? For me, this week had a lot of weight work. It was tough, and I am sore!

Today I did Pure Strength Shoulders and then I did the Abs from PS Back & Bi's. Had a great workout.

Arnold Press – 12's/3 sets/10 reps
Seated Clean & Press – 5's/2 sets/8 reps
Side Lateral Raises – 10's/2 sets/10 reps
Reverse Flies – 10's/2 sets/10 reps
Side Lateral Raises – 5's/16 reps

I went a bit light because my left shoulder has been feeling weird, didn't want to aggravate it.

Jodi - Nice with the 35's on presses! It is hard to get those up in place. You rocked it!!!

Roxie - Yikes on the tornado. Here in Ohio we usually get quite a few by now but so far haven't gotten one. I'm glad your sons place is ok.

Nora - Nice workout again! How is your back? I'm thinking it's better.

Belinda - Nice workout yesterday!!!

Debbie- My back is still a little sore, but I do modify if anything seems to irritate it, but for the most part it is much better still on the mend so I proceed with caution and modify when needed. Great workout today with Pure Strength Shoulders and then Abs from PS Back & Bi's. Glad you had a fun workout with PS. I haven't done that one in ages but as all Cathe's its timeless in quality regardless of the outfits. The workouts always rock. Have a blessed and fab Friday!:);):cool:

Yesterday was a rest day. Today was another long uphill walk on the treadmill. Burned over 500 calories!

Today I did XTRAIN All OUT Low Impact HiiT # 13 Double Floor Cardio - 35:07 and XTRAIN Chest, Back & Shoulder Premix 04 Timesaver (Rounds 1- 4) + Core #1...42.40. I also did Physic 57 Thight & Seat Booster = 30 min. That one fried my lower body :) I hit "100" dvd's done today :p Off to the next 100!!

Jodi - it sure was :) Nice walk and cal burn today.

Nora - great job as always :)

Roxie - sorry to hear about the bad weather. Good job, on your workout.

Debbie - hope you had a great workout today.

I am done this week. I will take a nice stretch tomorrow. I am already planning next weeks workouts.

Yesterday I did HC Chisel Total Body and today was supposed to be Hammer Plyometrics, but I was missing Cathe , so I did RWH low impact HiiT #2.

Nora, I'm still having lower back pain too, I see my doc on Tuesday, hope I can get some answers. It's frustrating!!
