I started T25 today, and so far its really good and challenging, so I love it! I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

T25- Alpha Cardio + Cool Down = 28 Min
MV= 9.0
CB= 344

KCM- 30MTF- Strength & Stamina- Workout #2- 1 Sets & Swings= 28 Min
MV= 8.50
CB= 325

Total calories burned = 669;)

Debbie- Nice workout today doing your day split, with Chest and Back. WTG on your weights today and your 1 mile walk, Bravo!!!;):cool::D Have a wonderful blessed day!:);)

I did CLX Circuit Burn 1 this morning plus Total Body Stretching because my back really needed it after yesterday.

Sumo Squat w/Hip Lift-15lbs/12 reps
Lunge w/Posterior Fly-8lbs/24 reps
Pushup w/Leg Lift-10 reps
Deadlift w/Posterior Fly-10lbs/12 reps
Lunge w/Core Rotation-15lbs/20 reps
Bench Press & Leg Lower-12lbs/12 reps used green band on legs
Squat w/Side Bend-12lbs/12 reps
Fwd-Lean Lunge w/Posterior Fly-8lbs/12 reps
Chest Fly w/Hip Lift-10lbs/12 reps need to go heavier.

Hello!

Today I did Hammer Conditioning from H&C and Core 2 from 22MHC. Well, I actually did Core 2 twice because I thought it was 22 minutes long but it's only 11 so I had some extra time. Loved Hammer Conditioning!

Debbie-that's some serious weight for 4DS. Good job!

Belinda-good work! Hope everything went well at the doctor.

Nora-nicely done! Is T25 just cardio or does it have resistance training as well?

Roxie-good job with your weights too! We have some impressive lifters here!

Today I once again woke up with a headache. This weather is killing me. It snowed here Sunday, was freezing cold and the yesterday it went up to 68. Today it isn't suppose to hit 50. It's May 17th, we should be in the low 70's by now. Ridiculous. I guess that's what we get for having such a mild winter.

So anyways, I walked on my treadmill for 2.5 miles. The outside of my left leg near the knee was hurting yesterday and today, not sure what I did. That's why I opted not to run, even though I really wanted to.

Again, I have not time for personals. I'm so sorry. I will try to get on later and do personals. I need to get up earlier but 4:30 is early enough for me...

Jodi- Way to rock your workout today with Hammer Conditioning from H&C and Core 2 from 22MHC, awesome job!:):D Yes, T25 does have some resistance in it. T25 does come with a 15 lb resistant band or you can use #5 -#10 dbs but that is a little in later part of the Alpha Phase, a bit more in Beta Phase and More so in Gamma phase. I'm in day 2 of Alpha phase so not yet for me.

Debbie- Sorry your knee is bothering you. Its good you are listening to your body to not run when it feels like that, and opted to walk instead. Great job on you 2.5 mile walk. I hope your knee feels better today.:);):cool:

Today I did Total Body Hammer from H&C and Define: Upper Body from PiYo. Really love TBH...holding those heavy weights in between sets is one of the hardest parts of the workout.

Belinda-good job! Who is the instructor on that Crunch workout?

Roxie-I'm not familiar with that KCM workout but I do love kickboxing. I need to check Jen's blog to see if she's reviewed it.

Good evening all!

Today was Chisel Agility from H&C and Cardio 2 from 22MHC. Holy cow, that Cardio 2 was a rough one! Gorilla crawls, frog burpees...I was so glad when it was over!

Debbie-nice job on 4DS! H&C doesn't include much bicep and tricep work and I do miss that a bit.

Today was Cardio Coach 5. I had a good workout and was sweating buckets. I really worked hard on the level 4 sprints and when I checked my heart rate on my FB, it show the highest I had was 133 bpm. WTH??? I couldn't even catch my breath at one point, how could I only be at 133?? Stupid devices.

Anyways, workout was 54 minutes, ran 3.35 miles and burned 344 calories although my treadmill showed 522. Went 7015 steps so almost to my 10,000!! Woo hoo!!!

Jodi - What is H&C?? Nice job on your workouts!

Nora - You are kicking butt a usual. Nice job on your workouts this week. Burning some MAJOR calories!!

Roxie - It has been cold and rainy here forever it seems. Looks like next week will be nice finally. Great workouts, girl!!

Belinda - You are having some nice workouts as well. Hope your doctors appointment went well.

I just finished today's workout eventhough I feel terrible with flu-like side effects from last nights MS meds injection. Lots of fever, chills, and body ache and lack of coordination and balance issues. I made myself get it done.

Total calories burned = 745:);)

Today I did Max Hammer Strength and 10 Minute Ab Hammer from H&C. Great stuff!

Debbie-H&C is Hammer & Chisel. It's mostly total body workouts which focus on the larger muscle groups like chest, back and legs. Good job on your workout today!

Belinda-not bad at all! Good work!

Nora-sorry you're not feeling well, but boy did you still kick some butt. Well done!

Malibu Step = 43 min (4428 steps:p) + Aspen Lower/Upper Body = 33 min. Not bad for a step count for a 43 min step workout, hah? I also use a 4" step high.
