Jessica Smith- Walk On 30 Day- 3# Weight Loss Workouts- 15 Min Calorie Burst = 15 Min

Belinda- Oh no about Alesia I have been praying for her since this morning when I looked at everyone's post. I will continue to pray for Aleisa of course. So cool your friend gave you JS's 6 week Transformation set. I have that and doing that rotation currently along with JM Body Shred, and sort of mish mosh of The Master's Hammer and Chisel. I know you will enjoy JS and sounds like you had a fun workout with her today doing D1 Cardio Party + Interval Mix yesterday. Then today you did 360 Abs + Lower Body Sculpt +XTrain Chest, Back & Shoulder Premix 11 Extreme. Girlfriend that is amazing and high fives, now go rest and enjoy the day. Debbie- Wow, still going strong with that fun full body rotation you are doing. Today you did full body, same workout as last Friday only in Superset form. Nice choice of warm up with GS Shoulders, Back & Biceps. You rocked another workout girlfriend, now go have a blessed day. Oh, I just recently got MetaShred from Men's Health dvd workouts and its a metabolic workout with more of a strength componet to it. I was thinking I bet Debbie would like this too! They even have modifiers. Check you tube for MetaShred under Men's health and you should be able to see the videos. MetaShred is three workouts a week example monday, wednesday, and friday, 30 minutes in length and nine workouts for 21 days never repeating a workout. BJ Gaddour is the trainer on that workout and it looked so good I couldn't resist. I also caved and got the 22 min Hard Corps workout with Tony Horton from Beachbody. Now I have the problem of having to wait to finish my current two simultanes different rotations I am now doing before I can start on either of those. They both look challenging and probably not the sort of workouts to add tons of extra stuff like I have been doing in addition to them. Ugh, I so love fun challenging short workouts.
