I did what Debbie did yesterday and Turbo Jam Abs.

Debbie-good job with cardio coach. People think I am in my 20's but I think its because I am short.

I did Les Mills Combat Combat 60 Extreme Cardio Fighter. I LOVED IT! Thanks Diane Sue for the recommendation. OMG, the workout and music was fantastic. I didn't expected to do push ups and abs workout on the end :) I don't think I ever done a push ups or the ab workout like this one. Very unique! I can't believe I never done that one before :( So much fun.

Roxie - good job getting your workout in. Love TJ abs.

Belinda- Oh I so love and adore Les Mills Combat, it is awesome. I think I did that one continuously for six months, three rounds back to back, I did get the extra dvds for it too. So much fun, glad you tried and enjoyed it. Chris and I got addicted to it. I have to warn you it will be very addictive with the fun trainers and awesome music. Its'a good kind of addtiction though. Awesome job on Les Mills Combat Combat 60 Extreme Cardio Fighter. WTG!!! Rocked that workout girlfriend no go have an amazing & blessed day!:cool::D;)

Today was full body and I had a great workout. This one went by fast. Was a pretty quick workout - my favorite kind! LOL!!!

Warmup was GS Shoulders, Back & Biceps.

2 sets/12 reps with 1:30 min. rest between each set.

Upright Row: 40#
Leg Press Station: 145#
Dumbbell Chest Press: 25's
Pullovers: 30#
Overhead Tricep Extension: 25#
Stiff Leg Deads: 55#

Had enough time to walk almost 1.5 miles on my treadmill!!!!

Good morning,

Sorry for not checking in yesterday :( Yesterday I got a new refrigerator delivered, it was a nightmare :( The delivery guys were so rude :( I put in a complain with their company. I usually don't do that, but they were out of control. After they left I went grocery shopping.

Yesterday I ended up doing Barre 3, haven't done barre workout in month. I still have a few month left on my streaming. I will make use of it as much as I can.

Today I'm going to start the new week with strength training. I'm going to do Pure Strength series, today is Chest Shoulders Triceps

I did what Debbie did yesterday but half way through I had a loaded barbell fall and hit me in the face my left eye is swollen and turning black and blue plus it bruised my shoulder but I finished.

Week 1 :
D1 - XTrain Bic +Triceps premix #11 = 49 min
D2 - Cardio
D3 - ICE Metabolic TB MishMosh Double #1 = 85 min
D4 - Cardio
D5 - XTrain CBS premix #11 = 77 min
D6 - Cardio
D7 - stretch/or rest day

Week 2:
D1 - Cardio
D2 - Slow & Heavy Chest &Back = 59 min
D3 - Cardio
D4 - S & H Legs & Shoulders = 67 min
D5 - Cardio
D6 - S&H Triceps & Bic = 60 min
D7 - stretch/ or rest day

Week 3:
D1 - XTrain CBS premix #1 = 51 min
D2 - Cardio
D3 - XTrain Biceps & Triceps premix #2 = 58 min
D4 - Cardio
D5 - ICE Metabolic TB MishMosh Scrambled #4 = 58 min
D6 - Cardio
D 7 - stretch/ rest

Today I'm planning on a cardio, most likely a short but effective HiiT. I'll add on back stretching too.

Nora, I like the combo of workouts you did yesterday. Standing abs is my favorite way to do abs too.

OMG, Roxie, that sounds painful AND Scary!!!! So sorry you got hurt.

Today starts week 6 with full body. Same as last Monday but in superset form.

Warmed up with GS Shoulders, Back & Bi's.

2 sets/18 reps with 2 minutes rest between each superset

Plie Squats:

Lateral Raise: 10's

Flat Dumbbell Flyes:

Walked 1.25 miles on my treadmill as well.

Roxie - I'm glad you are ok. I've had that happen a few times in my day as well.

Diane Sue - I am sorry about the stress fracture. Some of those exercises don't look safe. Be careful, girl. Sounds like you have the same refrigerator :) Mmm…need to tell my DH about special single surge protector? Thanks for the tip!
