No worries on forgetting to check in, we all have done it. I know I have. Great job on yesterday's workout of KCM Strength and Stamina,- lower body premix and then did STS Abs, Yoga Abs. Now for today you decided to new week with strength training starting with Cathe's PS series. Today was PS Chest, shoulders and tri's. Awesome workout Chris, WTG!!! Have a blessed and fit day!

Cathe's Chest Muscle Meltdown I know is very tough, gave me DOMS for three days, as all Cathe workouts its all good stuff.
