Belinda- Oh no about Alesia I have been praying for her since this morning when I looked at everyone's post. I will continue to pray for Aleisa of course. So cool your friend gave you JS's 6 week Transformation set. I have that and doing that rotation currently along with JM Body Shred, and sort of mish mosh of The Master's Hammer and Chisel. I know you will enjoy JS and sounds like you had a fun workout with her today doing D1 Cardio Party + Interval Mix yesterday. Then today you did 360 Abs + Lower Body Sculpt +XTrain Chest, Back & Shoulder Premix 11 Extreme. Girlfriend that is amazing and high fives, now go rest and enjoy the day. Have a blessed day and know that your cathelete friends are praying for Alesia and her well being, we got ya covered.:);)

Debbie- Wow, still going strong with that fun full body rotation you are doing. Today you did full body, same workout as last Friday only in Superset form. Nice choice of warm up with GS Shoulders, Back & Biceps. You rocked another workout girlfriend, now go have a blessed day. Oh, I just recently got MetaShred from Men's Health dvd workouts and its a metabolic workout with more of a strength componet to it. I was thinking I bet Debbie would like this too! They even have modifiers. Check you tube for MetaShred under Men's health and you should be able to see the videos. MetaShred is three workouts a week example monday, wednesday, and friday, 30 minutes in length and nine workouts for 21 days never repeating a workout. BJ Gaddour is the trainer on that workout and it looked so good I couldn't resist. I also caved and got the 22 min Hard Corps workout with Tony Horton from Beachbody. Now I have the problem of having to wait to finish my current two simultanes different rotations I am now doing before I can start on either of those. They both look challenging and probably not the sort of workouts to add tons of extra stuff like I have been doing in addition to them. Ugh, I so love fun challenging short workouts.

Roxie- Hang in there, and well done on yesterday's workout. Take it easy and I wish you a speedy recovery and lots of healing on your fractured cheek. :);)

I went for a walk at lunch again today, can't wait for Dh's vacation to be over so I can get up in the mornings. Tomorrow is youngest DD's baby shower and I haven't gotten her a gift yet oops.

Debbie-you saw that right but I didn't change weights alot and I didn't warmup. I am afraid to go to heavy after my accident.

I just finished LM Combat Power HiiT 1 + JS WS Brain Fusion Fun = 31 min + Barefoot Fusion Sculpt = 31 min. I didn't like the Brain Fusion Fun and the Barefoot Fusion Sculpt was ok :) I don't think I will reach for those two much :(

Maybe I will do a nice stretch this evening?

Today I did LIS Lower Body Trisets. Also going to take Buddy for a little walk.

Upright Rows-35#
Stability Ball Wall Squats-20# dumbbells
Dumbbell Stability Ball Press-15#
SB Overhead Extensions-20#
Elevated Deadlifts-35#
 
Today starts week 7 of Full body. Only two more weeks to go. Had a great workout but it was with dreaded 18 reps. Hate high reps.

Warmup with GS Chest & Tris

3 sets/18 reps with 2 minutes rest between each set.

Incline Dumbbell Flyes: 25's
Reverse Flyes: 12's
Calf Raises: 30's
Lateral Raise: 10's
Hammer Curls: 15's
Lying Tricep Dumbbell Extensions: 12's

Only had time to walk on my treadmill for .5 miles.

Roxie - Nice workouts!! Why are you afraid to lift heavy? It was a freak accident, don't let it hinder you.

Nora - I will definitely check those workouts out. I need something new after this rotation. Thanks for letting me know!!!

Belinda - Nice workout. Hope your daughter is doing ok.

Congrats on your workout today and nice warm with GS Chest & Tris.:D I think you would like MetaShred from mens health. I first read about it on videofitness forum and then checked youtube for the video clips. I love the 3o min workout length may need to add your own warm up and stretch on to theirs depending on your preferences. I love that this is 9 workouts that are done for 21 days never repeating a workout as they have it laid out. This is a metabolic with strength emphasis workout so it will kick your butt, but I like a challenge. I have to finish up my rotations I am doing for a couple of more weeks then I can start. I also just got BB Hard corps also on the back burner. Oh and there is a discount code CUSTOMER25. There was already a 29% discount when I bought it a couple of weeks ago. I could not get it to take the 25% off discount code but I think that was because of the already discount going on. I just tried it and it did take the discount. I can't wait to start this one, looks so good.

Hard Corps 22 Minute is by Beachbody led by Tony Horton. I got the deluxe that has the basic kit and sandbag and advanced special ops workouts. Here's info on Meta Shred http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/shredding-metabolic-moves. Also onn Youtube there are clips from each of the 9 dvds. Here's the info https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=hard+corps+beachbody. There are video clips for either program on youtube. Also, here's a review for meta shred. http://2lazy4gym.com/2016/02/26/meta-shred-21/ I hope that helps also I found that I did a search for each of those programs on videofitness forums as well. Today I did Cardio Coach #3. Have to leave early this morning so I can go vote. :) I had a great workout.

Workout was 40 minutes, ran 2.7 miles, burned 253 calories (TM said 374) and went 5339 steps.

Yesterday was a rest day, today I did a 35 minute walk/run outside and then did 10 minutes of abs with Jessica Smith and Peanut!!

Nora, nice combo of workouts!!!

Belinda, Step for kids sounds fun!! Prayers for your daughter , too. I know you must be very worried [emoji170]

Debbie, good going on CC3 today!! And hi rep weights yesterday, I'm not a fan of high reps either.

Stiff Leg Deadlifts: 60#
Dumbbell Military Press: 17's
Barbell Curls: 40#
Double-Arm Row: 25's
Barbell Chest Press: 70#
Close Grip Dumbbell Press: 25's

Was supposed to do the Leg Press Station, tried it but my right knee is hurting again. Very frustrating.

I walked on my treadmill for 1 mile.
