CRACY, STRONG AND LOVING IT January 2016 - January 2020

I have to say, today is a GREAT day!!!

So yesterday I did workout but only had a short one because of voting. So I just walked on my treadmill for about 1.5 miles.

Today I did Gym Style Back and Biceps (will do Shoulders on Friday). Went fairly light but I sure did feel it. Need to go light more often.

BACK
Barbell Rows
: 30# - 2 sets/8 reps; 1 set/12 reps
One Arm Row: 20# - 2 sets/12 reps
Pullovers: 25# - 2 sets/8 reps
Obviously I skipped some of exercises. Upper back still bugging me.

BICEPS
Barbell Curls: 30#/25# - 2 sets/10 reps
Dumbbell Partial Reps: 8's - tons of reps
Concentration Curls: 10#
Concentration Curls: 12# - 8 reps
Curl Up Reverse Down: 10's – 10 reps
Hammer Curls: 10's

Walked on my treadmill for 1 mile. Biceps are sore already!! :)

Today I did Lower Body Blast Workout DVD - Premixes: 4.Standing +Floorwork (No Cardio Burst) - 56.22 min + Pileates + + JS new dvd premix: Powered Up, Hiit Walk and the Dance Walk + abs.

Jodi - I do like Jessic's new dvd, wished she uses the outdoor setting instead of the gym setting. The workouts are good.

Insanity Max 30- Tabata Power= 33 Min

Insanity Max 30- Ab Attack = 10 Min
MV= 6.0
CB= 82

Jessica Smith- Walk On 6 Mile Mix- Warm Up+ Steady Burn + Cool Down= 27 Min
MV= 7.80
CB= 288

Total calories burned= 1,100:);):D:cool:

I tried the first workout of Core De Force today and it was amazing. I really felt this in the core big time. Yes MMA Speed was taught only on the right side, but I did alternate on my own. I loved Combat and this is a really nice compliment to that. I love boxing and kickboxing type workouts and this one doesn't disappoint so far and love the fun factor which is off the charts fun and its a sweatfest. So glad I got this one and plan to purchase the deluxe dvd's only workout probably from BB cause the shipping is cheaper.

Debbie- Gym Style Back and Biceps (will do Shoulders on Friday), and did a 1.5 mile treadmill walk. Awesome stuff today girlfriend. I was tired today too I voted a week ago but still stayed up to see the outcome. Have a fun & blast in this Great day!

Today I did ICE Rock'm Sock'm, the main workout + core 1. Also, since I'm still sore, I did the Short & Sweet Stretch from JS on YouTube.

Today I did Cardio Coach #6 w/Candace but skipped challenge 3. Had a pretty good workout for not feeling like doing it at all. I was so tired this morning. By the time I got to 2.4 miles I was doing great.

Workout was 47 minutes, burned 306 calories (TM said 421), ran 3.07 miles (not my best with this one) and went 6285 steps.

Nice job with your workouts!! It's getting cold here now, it was only 33 when I got up. I guess fall/winter is finally here. :(

Had to fight with computer today about microsoft updates that keep failing to install, ugh. Still no joy, I'll have to ask my son when he gets up.

Hi all!

Today I did STS Disc 15, Back and Biceps. Since I got off work early and had some extra time, I also did a 30-Minute Dance Walk with JS on YouTube. She uses classic disco music...super fun!!

I just ordered Core De Force. :) And now that there is a coupon for Cathe Live, I am probably going to sign up for that. I also need to buy a weighted vest soon for STS...I've got my eye on a new barbell set...I found a spin bike I'd really like to get. Yikes, I need to win the lottery! LOL!

Also, hubby won a Fitbit at work and he's going to give it to me. I'll see how long I can get away with wearing it at my work. :)

Nora, sorry you missed your workouts. Hope your son can figure out the problem.

Today I did Gym Style Shoulders. Went fairly light again due to my upper back being sore. Still got a great burn going.

SHOULDERS
Seated Overhead Press
: 12's - 3 sets/10 reps
Standing Lateral Raise: 8's - 2 sets/10 reps
Lateral Raise w/Band: Only did a little of this, these bother my neck and upper back
Front Raise w/Band: Same thing, only did a little of this
Dumbbell Rear Flies: 10's - 2 sets/12 reps

I also did the ab work from STS, I did the one with the ankle weights.

Also walked on my treadmill for 1.25 miles.

SO GLAD IT'S FRIDAY!!!!

Hubby and I are going to see ZZ Top in concert tonight. I've never seen them before. Should be fun!
