Good morning!

Very early this morning I did a 30-Minute Power Walk and a 1-Mile Express Abs Walk with Jessica Smith on YouTube.

I'm off on vacation in just a few minutes! Probably no formal check in until next weekend, but I will be stopping by to read what everyone has been up to. Everyone have a fabulous week!!

Today was Chest & Back and I wanted to change it up a bit so I did these as supersets. Had a really good workout.

Superset 1
Barbell Bench Press:
75#
Barbell Row: 55#
3 sets/12 reps

Superset 2
Incline Dumbbell Press: 30's
Double Arm Row: 25's
3 sets/10 reps

Superset 3
Incline Flyes:
25's
Bent Over Lateral Raise: 12's

Decline Pushups: 10 reps
Regular Pushups: 2 sets/10 reps

This workout was 35 minutes and I burned 115 calories. .

Finished off with a 1 mile walk on a 3% incline on the treadmill.

Today was Cardio Coach 3. Had a fairly decent workout, didn't feel much like running today but did it anyways. I was up late last night with our kids and grand kids for Halloween. Went to bed a bit late and I can sure feel it this morning. It was fun, though, so I don't mind.

Workout was 40 minutes, ran 2.65 miles, burned 261 calories (TM said 355) and went 5373 steps.

Nora - Nice workout!!! You rocked it once more! Your calorie burn is amazing!!

Debbie- I have to say you seem way too young to be a grandmother, and I didn't even know you had kids you are amazing! Hey girls,

We had a lot of fun this weekend :) Yesterday was my DD's birthday. Went to a museum in DC, we got in a lot of walking. We did workout in the morning before heading to DC :) We did JS Walk On: 30 Day 30 min walk + 15 min Fat Burn walk.

Today I did STS Total Body Workout DVD - Premixes: 4.Timesaver - No Bonus Burn - 60.32 min + 30 min walk.

It's cold outside :( Not liking this weather.

Today was Shoulders and Biceps. Had a good workout. This one was only a half hour long. Supersets again.

SS #1
Overhead Barbell Press:
35# - 10 reps; 40# - 10/8 reps
Bicep Curls: 45# 8/7/7 reps

SS #2
Upright Row:
35# - 10/8/8 reps
Hammer Curls w/Twist: 15's - 12/12/12

SS #3
Lateral Raise:
10's - 12/12/12
Reverse Curls: 25# - 10/10/10

Then I walked on the treadmill for 1 mile. Need to get abs done this week yet.

Nora - I have two step kids, none of my own. But I refer to them as my own. And my step daughter has four kids and my step son has one. So it's a pretty big family when we all get together. Nice workouts to you both!!!

Belinda - Great workout!

Roxie - Grandkids are fun when they leave. LOL! JK!!!

I did KCM Kickbox Punch & Kick Premix then whenI got off work at 1 I did StudioSweat Speed Sculpt this afternoon and it was tough.

Belinda-its a mix of spin workouts, pilates and weights depending upon my goals and time.

Debbie-good job today

Today I did Triceps. I won't be able to workout tomorrow so I figured I'd get triceps in. I should have worked legs too but decided not to. My knees need a rest.

Close Grip Barbell Press: 55# - 4 sets/10 reps
Lying Barbel Extension: 30# - 3 sets/10 reps
One Arm Kickbacks: 10# - 3 sets/10 reps
One Arm Overhead Dumbbell Extensions: 8# - 3 sets/10 reps

Probably could have gone heavier but just didn't want to. Walked on my treadmill for 1.25 miles.

Did my workout this morning, just getting around to post. Cleaned my house and went grocery shopping. This morning I did Lower Body Blast Workout DVD - Premixes: 5.Standing + Leg Conditiong Drills (No Cardio Burst) - 63.15 min + pilates + walk.

Roxie - I didn't know you do pilates. I love it! Good job!
