I just got this email, very cute. :)

Only girlfriends can understand this one. This is a specially formulated diet designed to help women cope with the stress that builds during the day.

Breakfast

1 grapefruit
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 cup skim milk

Lunch

1 small portion lean, steamed chicken
1 cup spinach
1 cup herbal tea
1 Hershey's kiss

Afternoon Snack

The rest of the Hershey kisses in the bag
1 tub of Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate chips

Dinner

4 glasses of wine (red or white)
2 loaves garlic bread
1 family size supreme pizza
3 Snickers Bars

Late Night Snack

1 whole Sarah Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer)

Remember:
Stressed spelled backward is desserts.

Send this to four women and you will lose two pounds.

Send this to all the women you know (or ever knew) and you will lose 10 pounds.

How did you get a hold of my personal diet plan??? Honestly, I feel like that is how I have been eating lately! It all went downhill during the holidays.
 
muscle aches and pains

Before I started doing these exercises I never knew what a muscle was! I have pain in all areas of my body, especially my arms. I can't wit to see the results of all my hard work!! Looking forward to starting Cathe's new workout dvd's. She is the bomb!! I feel like a whole new person after doing her workouts! A very healthy and stronger person. So far I've lost over 30 lbs. All due to the dvd's. thanks Cathe.

my sister' my hero

I never would have started working out if it wasn't for my sister Barbara P. She and I are both dieting together and doing the Cathe' workouts at out own homes, but we e-mail and talk on the phone mostly about how great Cathe's workouts are. They really are the best I've ever done before. And my sister thinks so to. She's the Bomb!!!

Doesn't everyone do this diet everyday like me???
I just add the whole bag of toll house morsels for a midnight snack!!!
